I think you need to look beyond the RNS-this was flawed from outset and the promoter is an idiot.I pointed all this out 3 years ago-since then,the company has made many claims-all rubbish

At the end of the day, it’s a shell with very little cash in it but a load of costs-it has NO currency.It also has no management team of note so in summary, what is it?

Sell for what you can get and move on is my opinion.

No surprises of viurss as they only issued the warning a few days ago.

To correct you,I didn’t present a cash call as fact but my view is there is a real chance of one-noting royalty income which has supported the company is falling and net cash is below £1m.As I said a while ago, try and spend Distributable Reserves at Tesco-it’s not a currency.

As I say, no surprises here given recent events but it’s another one of those companies that really is too small to be a plc with all the associated admin and costs.

My comments on Avid are based on fact.

Just passing by Laura-I know a few guys who were in Avid so there is some interest in seeing what’s going on.

Nothing to say on Gen-waiting the FDA

I didn’t actually say what you are stating.I merely noted there was a profit warning, not long after the last bullish update.

It’s very clear that gross margin will fall due to declining royalty income and cash will become tight-in my opinion a cash call likely this year to give them some headroom.

The last update was a profit warning-vision meeting reality

Maybe they have the same view on the CEO as me-selling visions rather than hard revenue

Sorry but net cash at 31/12 was c £200k less than at 30/6-with a profit warning for a soft 2026.We shall see how the BOD react but I think headroom is tight and their order book is pretty small at c £500k so runway not great
