RE: Wheres the evidence........19 Mar 2026 07:32
Pretty sure you could answer all these questions yourself if you really wanted to rather than being obtuse, but here you go.
1) These things take time, particularly when the company is sanctioned. ‘Empty shell’ in terms of shareholder value, there is still debt, NA potential upside and I’m sure a million other things that need to be sorted out in order to wind down the company. In short, as I’m sure you could have worked out yourself…these things take time.
2) They have. As I’m sure you are also aware, they can’t advise shareholders what to do in their individual circumstances.
3) Every bit of information that has been published by everyone you would expect to publish information during this process has made it clear that by not transferring you have lost all the Russian Evraz PLC assets, which is the majority of any value. Again this is such an obtuse question, do you want Martin Lewis to explain this to you?
4) I have everything I would expect, confirmation of holding. You’re trying to make a point that we don’t have UK legal protection. No **** Sherlock. But let’s look at this a different way rather than your narrow minded, one sided view. There was no way to receive NTMK shares and have UK legal protection. I have everything I would expect. Part B I’ll ignore, you know they haven’t been listed yet. Part C, again you are fully aware that we won’t be able to trade the shares until type C accounts are removed, which won’t happen until sanctions are lifted. Everyone was fully aware of this, and there is no way around it.
5) as above…and as you know…and as I’ve posted before…we have to wait until (if/when) sanctions are lifted. You seem to think you are making a clever point here. I think you need some help with your understanding. Those who participated in NTMK are not 100% guaranteed a return, anything could happen. HOWEVER, there is a much higher likelihood that there will be value left once the war is over for those that did, given the valuable assets have been stripped out the PLC. You already know this, how many times do you want people to explain it to you?
6) no you don’t. You MAY do if the company decides to repurchase shares.
You are both being ridiculous now. You know you have likely lost all your value and you feel comforted by trying to tell others they won’t benefit or be prosecuted by asking idiotic questions. Jog on, you knew all the answers above but choose to ignore it.
