20pence is a not unreasonable expectation given the news expected and the lack of free float

This would only be £56million market cap

So you could call this conservative

The fact that lenders will agree to convert at 10pence shows their confidence in the deal/JDA happening,as clearly the price will be A LOT higher than 10pence when that happens

So,now we get an entry at 6pence which is hugely lower than the loan holders

Remember,loan holders are inside,so they cannot buy stock,this is almost a loophole of sorts,allowing them to buy stock
