Agreed NickE. The SP will re-rate when we get the IPO announcement for at least one of the remaining portfolio companies. Microsalt first obviously. Hopefully the rest of them within the next 12 months, IPO or trade sale.

I believe there will be director buys when the ygen takeover is completed with new directors joining from ygen at some point in this quarter barring any new rival bids (unlikely in this current financial climate). New BoDs, new era and dare I say, permanent CEO. Let’s see. I can foresee a slow SP recovery followed by hopefully a positive dispute resolution…GLA.
