Yeah, I didn't say the E stood for Emergency, just that it's usually called to discuss an emergency, as opposed to ordinary business that would be discussed at an AGM or OGM.

An OGM is an Ordinary General Meeting - the same as an AGM, just not held annually after the AR. As the name implies, it's to discuss ordinary business.

EGM is different, the clue is also in the name - it's an emergency meeting for an issue that can't wait, usually for something that needs a shareholder vote.

Update on Formal Sale Process
