Yes I did check your post from last week and you seemed to be regurgitating what they tried to do previously and failed. They couldn't RTO into the JV SPVs because of the £30m rule and then sold the 'shovel ready' sites for how much? £350k if I remember right, so not quite what you are suggesting as a valuation.

In fact at £3m they couldn't do an RTO so it is back to square one, with them owning 2 sites ready to build, but needing finance to build out these supposed sites, can this take any more dilution????

MMs trying another trick now, they went NT earlier, now they are putting buys through under mid price, to see if they can panic anyone to sell.

Are they trying to close down trading on the ask?

Looks like it has dropped to a point that has attracted more buyers, let's not forget the amount of shares bought yesterday against what the MMs got back, they have bought some today only to drop the price and sell them back to punters at no profit....They can try and move the market down again to recoup, but buyers may well punish them.

Now that you have copied and pasted the statement, please explain further why we should believe "the potential is unlimited". Please use you own words to explain.

Only the statement reminds us that any reverse takeover requires a £30m minimum valuation and at the moment DKE has a listing and £300k coming at the decimation of long term shareholders, so the other entity would need to be worth many, many multiples of DKE, so therefore will want many, many multiples of the issued share capital.

DKE holders may see a modest bag or two from here, but that is still far less than they had when the Company came out of suspension a few months back and hugely down on historic valuations. Let alone the fact that they have to get an RTO over the line and that is certainly not guaranteed at this point.

And any imminent deal would be worth what exactly? DKE only has a listing to offer to the JV, how much is that worth? £1m? £2m? Then divide that by 1,719m shares....

Diluted? All the talk about getting back to a certain share price is just a fairy tale, now. The only way will be by share consolidation. but your holdings now are such a miniscule amount of the issue.

Cannot believe that PG can issue something that the Company can't due to the FCA rules, it seems very dodgy.

So for 69m shares just 3 weeks ago to now having 1,719m, that is eye watering dilution.

An onlooker would say that the new investors have sold their shares back to the market at a great profit and are now having a second bite of the cherry to do it again, cue the rampers to get the naive newbies in to get fleeced...

I see this as a precursor to a grant being awarded to CRL or even, although I think it might be too early yet, a JV partner...

I am not sure this covers the Oncology side, it states "any disease indication", then states that further applications have been filed, the cancer immunotherapies mentioned in that bit. For them CRS is not disease based, but a side effect of the treatment.

Rather than contacting the CEO, how about doing some research, what two events have happened this year that might affect the above statement, clues, 1 for 10 consolidation and increasing the shares in issue from 62m by over 900million shares to 970m....

That is called an opportunity....

You just don't get it do you, the MMs don't take the trade and work it off after they have reported it, they work the trade and when they have enough to cover their position they put the trade through. MMs aren't stupid and going to hold a large position that might go against them, they don't need to, they can just work the trade get enough punters to take it on and then they report it with their turn safely earned...
