Max, it doesn't make sense all, these people here that didn't bother to press sell and could have saved themselves large amounts in the continual PYC SP decline. Earlier this year you could have sold at over 1.1p, now a fraction of that price. Over 70% decline in just over 10 months and still they hold, listening to the ramping from Laura and comforting themselves that they are right because Laura says they are.

Well the Company obviously wanted to issue something this morning to stem the SP fall, this was all they could muster and that really doesn't suggest that there is anything more to come soon, what it does suggest is they are running close to the bone now and funding is on their minds.

Can't be bothered to sell it, no I don't think at this time it is worth a punt.

I have been warning of the need for financing for a while now, I have also pointed out the lack of firm contract news (not just late stage discussions), I have pointed out the turmoil in the Biotech/CRO area this year and I am now pointing out the fact the Company could struggle to even raise funds now the SP is below nominal value.

When all of those things are sorted then it might be worth a punt.

This was a punt on December 4th last year, when Laura the ramper came on the FAB BBs ramping PYC after Fusion were awarded a large grant and announced they were working within the FMI.

Exactly a year ago I looked at this BB and saw what seemed like a pump and dump share which saw intermittent spikes and efforts to draw in newbies only for the SP to drop back down. That was how this has turned out and to start with there was enough volume to get out on the spikes (Thank you Burt777), as the year went on the spikes and volume have dwindled and the chances of making a turn have gone, the SP has dropped considerably since then and also the January 12 month highs.

The only thing that has been a constant is Laura's ramping, deceit and duplicity.

The IMC presentation that was presented by PS the CEO who is leaving the Company, leaving not leading.

Some of you seem intent on being blinkered all the way to zero.

What exactly has been the follow through since that presentation? Where are contracts (and I really don't count today's efforts), where is the newsflow and where are the investors?

I actually hold a small amount still and have over the last 12 months done very well out of PYC, however I haven't shared the same blind enthusiasm as some of the cheerleaders here and luckily sold into a rise much earlier this year, before a disastrous placing and can only see another coming over the horizon shortly.

You may feel that it is worth a punt and I feel it is not, this is a public bulletin board and we can both share our own views, there's enough on here trying to close down two sided debate here, you joining them? I expect you will be gone soon to punt on another bombed out SP, but like others here, you need the price up a little to try and get something back.

You state it is undervalued, but why? What makes you think it is undervalued? As it stands it just seems the market cap and drop in that value is the only reason you have stated.

Not sure if the IP is actually that valuable, plenty of companies using AI/ML to bring together dosing and modelling tools, the problem here is size, it just has no critical mass, no funds and not a lot of room to expand that (without the funds).

It's an illiquid share so the swings are greater, I've seen spikes of that magnitude and some here think they are justified (only to see it drop back again), so when a CEO announces he is leaving (a CEO who some on here have waxed lyrical about for months now) then I wouldn't be surprised to see the drop of 30%.

The drop itself provides it's own problems,

1. The subsequent rise will be traders as well as some averaging down, they will take their profit and sell shortly and the price will drop back again.

2. The market cap will put clients off signing contracts with such a small entity and doesn't leave PYC in a great bargaining position on contracts.

3. Funds are getting low and the Company will have to address this sooner rather than later and the SP went below the nominal value, which would suggest real problems financing a fundraise.

CROs have had a rough time this year, some will weather this and others will struggle, it's up to investors to choose which to invest in, but they then have to live with those decisions.

He is stepping down for 6 months, so the Company will be paying him half a year's salary and spending time and money trying to head hunt a replacement, all when it seems funds are getting tight. The holding statement in the RNS about expecting to deliver market expectations? is that for the full year or to the Interims, what were the 6 month market expectations? Are they just talking about the contracted revenue figure + grant or more. A long way to go until June 2026, are they hoping that things will change by then, as the 6 late stage discussions haven't thrown anything up yet and now the CEO decides the grass is greener?

Just caught up with this news, actually they mention the delisting in the 7am RNS, but it seems everyone missed it.

"The transaction will result in a fundamental change of business in accordance with Rule 15 of the AIM Rules for Companies; the transaction is subject to shareholder approval. Notice of a General Meeting to approve the transaction is expected to be issued shortly and will include further details. The Notice of General Meeting will also include details of the Company's intention to seek the cancellation of trading in the Company's shares on AIM."

Truly amazing only one trade today and for £1.75...

They are both likely to be buys as I know the buyer of the 12.7p 100k trade (it was 13p offered at the time of the trade). It is also likely that the 26k and 30k trade were also buys, as that was the buy price at the time. So 256k of sells were in the wrong column due to the wide quoted spread at the time (it went to 13.5p offer straight after the first 100k buy).

If I can that will be great, my holding before this rise was around 14m at an average of about 0.3p, so really have no worries and certainly won't be enacting any stop losses.

The grant funding is paid after each segment is completed, so cash will be coming back in.

The £1.529m funding from the Company and Grant will cover all the work up to and including the MRE by the end of March 2026.
