Erebus,
Not sure why you are confused, every Public Listed Company has to have a Company Secretary, it is not usual for Companies to 'operate without one for two months' and I don't see the appointment of one as a positive or a negative, they have to have one.
The fact that it has been handled rather badly by the Company in terms of informing CH of the resignation late and then not having one in place straight away, when it is likely they knew what was happening, should be a red flag though...But not surprising with this BoD...
Mark,
It is apparent they have been operating without a Company Secretary for a period of time and they have now deemed to announce one. I think you will find that just like an operating address, companies offer accountancy services and Company Secretary services to those who need them.
So hardly a buy sign, it shows how poor they are at the moment in organising anything. Reactive rather than proactive.
I reckon you will see a spike soon, which will catch a lot of newbies out that jump aboard, then soon after a financing will be announced (probably a CLN) that will see everyone very diluted and the price drop back...
You do your thing and I will follow my own instincts, but just remind me who told LTHs (oops sorry you only bought in just before the suspension), to take some off the table after the relist as capital preservation when investing here is paramount.
Traxpern, (looks like another new username for a general ramper)
So who is the new Company Secretary? Companies House record the previous Secretary resigning in September.
They have to show the Registrar on their website it is a requirement.
If they had changed it, do you not think they would have taken the ex-Company Secretary off that page? In fact who is the Company Secretary now?
DKE is not within the Energy Sector, they would need a new Prospectus issued to change that. They haven't managed to do that for years now....
Really? I thought the Company Secretary resigned back in September.
Chiddy, you say 'buys' but apart from the trade at 8.04hrs for 1,033,038 shares, which may be a buy, can you point out any other 'masked buys'?
Sianna,
Just another Pump and Dump move.
Have a look at the trades against yesterday's, the 5m trade that was one of two trades that started the run yesterday has cashed out first thing for £500 profit, another 3m chucked it in at a loss. Look at the trades and not just the prices to get the real story of what is happening.
You lot still not understand the closing auction?
Mark, that just confirms what you are, I bet Radika and Sianna haven't worked out you only started posting here when the hype of an RTO was building just over a year ago...
You should have got out while you had the chance with the other pump and dump merchants...
I still think you are in Cloud Cuckoo land trying to match Masdar a multibillion international company with DKE worth less than the average home in the UK.
DKE were hoping to joint venture with Arlington, it didn't happen, Masdar have since bought out Arlington. Arlington now don't need DKE or their listing now. They may share Directors, use an office address, but DKE has very little to offer any entity.
You have been suckered by those that have now disappeared after selling out....
Google just shows the price of the last reported trade, which was the 900k delayed trade from this morning, I am sure we will soon see 7.2p again, especially if there are a few more large buys out there.
And for someone to buy nearly a million shares late morning
Here we go again....please read up about closing and intraday auctions....
I think you have to realise it's more likely to be a year away especially if they want to trial for Oncology, but expect a year or so and we may get surprised with an earlier deal. I think that POLB001 could well be a big deal and if that is the case then I would like them to maximise the potential rewards....
It's been done because the DKE SP is so small that when they go to go 5 digits after the decimal point, it is too many for the system, most people will see what has happened and do realise that one pair has been deleted.
"Well it’s been done for a reason to make that there are more sold shares then there actually is !"
You keep trying to twist things to suit your stance, but it is as simple as 'computer says NO'
Sianna,
Some of the trades are going through with too many digits after the decimal point, so then a cancelled trade followed by one rounded to one less digit.
Hold on, you are the one trying to make it personal.... Please tell me why I shouldn't post on a public financial Bulletin Board site, that I am signed up to?
Why not?
Sianna,
First, I am not PWhite, I post as Troutisout on that other BB.
Second I was correcting your mistake, mistakes that you seem to make a lot, maybe due to you not having a full understanding of what you have got yourself into.
Investing in penny shares is fraught with dangers and most people end up losing, if you don't learn from others' experiences, the only way is by losing yourself. I am afraid that is where you seem to be going, just look back over the last few weeks and see if you had taken some advice and at least taken some off the table how you would be in better position.
You seem to have taken comfort in the words of those that wanted you to hear all the positives, but as has now been pointed out, these posters have strangely disappeared.
The simple things, like deleted trades, UT closing prices, etc should be understood. The more complex things take time to learn.
Don't rely on emotion as emotion can't refill an empty wallet and so far anything I have said has not gone one jot to emptying your wallet, so not sure why you feel so emotionally about me, you need to look in the mirror and realise it is you that has got you to where you are now.
