Very interesting re the Samarium. It's on the critical minerals list of both the USA and Europe. Valued because of it's heat resistant properties and used in missiles, fighter jets, anywhere where extremel heat is a problem. Not particularly rare, it's the 40 most common mineral but once again the vast majority of supply comes from China
