The GM vote is to give the directors authority to issue new shares to raise funds upto £300,000.
At 0.6p that's only 50m shares or 0.05billion.

All the talk of 1Bn or 3Bn is just shorter and swampy troll fantasy.

Hopefully we'll get some updates after the GM this afternoon.
At least we'll be told the resolutions were passed and hopefully tag on some field development update.

UKOG have huge resources in their portfolio that the whole country desperately needs to keep running over the next 25 years.

UKOG are so well positioned to capitalise on this now, investors just need patience while the company develops.
Trolls are having their day right now bashing the company but their cannot affect the fundamentals of this great investment. A gift to long term value creation investors at anything below 3p but at this price a steal!!!

I usually miss out the gas assets on my long UKOG asset list since I'm focussed on the oil research, but there is obviously huge value to be monetised with the gas assets too.

As we approach the company development inflection point.
Looking forward to HH-2z flow figures being reported.

HH-1 being put into production status soon once they've optimised the best flow configuration.
Tankers rolling everyday and increasing. Looks like they've change the gate configuration so tankers can roll in and out more efficiently and quickly as the rate increases.

Next site, Dunsfold/Loxley coming in the next months too.

This is really funny, trolls still try to knock this company so close to their inflection week.
So many angry trolls on here desperate to keep it down.
They cannot.
As soon as UKOG tells the market the value of their Horse Hill assets the market will buy up the shares.
The only question will be is how many do you have to ride the wave up on this money fountain!

Once HH-2z is done though it will surge past that.

A great dilema to have...... which asset to moneties first.
They are working on a six well site at horse hill and as they bring on each well it will finance the next.
I guess once they have more than two production wells they may have enough to drill two at once.
Eventually this will start growing exponentially if they can find the resources to throw at it.
One thing at a time building a base to expand from right now though.
Proof of concept on HH-2z still underway but once that simple water optimisation is done I think we'll see an inflection point and investor sentiment will change.
Still being patient and watching closely.

Absolutely Oktane, I too only find small pockets of time to look in and post.
It's a shame these boards start off okay with genuine investors chating as a company evolves.
But as soon as a board get popular Admin seem happy to let the trolls flood in and make it their playground.
Trolls have all the time in the world and some even paid to do what they do.
Off to real work myself now..... @trolls - work is when you work for a company adding value and paying taxes on your income - you can probably ask people about it down the pub.

Is this your business model now, do you find you get more hits if you let the trolls constantly argue with investors? I guess so. Maybe it is good short term for your business but I guess you'll lose genuine investors who now go and seak out other media

Absolutely.
You'll see the trader trolls drop out as they buy in having hit their chosen target price. They certainly know how much value is in this company and the swanpy trolls certainly know how much oil they'll be kicking out over the years ahead.

They've already identified the water ingress, it's in the tail of the drill.
They are just waiting for the right equipment to arrive... as they said this month.

As you say all your trolling will have no moedium or long term effect but you are encouraging and scaring people into selling for your own personal gains or just spitfulness. You are robbing people of their chance to make something with their money. All you trolls have your agenda and their are several different kinds on here now.... all wrong-uns!

Good luck long term holders. Keep faith and patience in your company. They'll give us the updates they said in the last RNS in due course. The trolls will feed in these quiet times. Just ignore.

One sure sign of this is the increase in trolling. Most of the posts on here now are sinple troll arguements.

Trolls can knock the share price but even though they also turn up at the gate to protest their uneducated agenda they cannot actually stop this emerging mid-cap oiler helping the national policy and economy of our great country.

Now's the time it's coming out.
I'm liking the short test configurations on HH-1 Portland. Optimsing the setup and flow for production.
Hopefully we'll be told about the results of their trials soon.

Ignore the trolls and swanpies, everything is going smoothly to plan now and they are well financed to achieve their goals with new money coming in at an increasing rate through February as they bring HH-2z on stream,

Absolutely and well beyond 20p in time.
They have stated they are building UKOG into a mid-cap oiler.... £2bln - £5bln market capital!!!
And they certainly have the asset list to achieve it... just need time and patience from investors to achieve it all.
They have the knowledge the skill and the experiece now.

Absolutely Free, fair value will be 10p on 1000bopd with the potential of this emerging giant.
But we'll see if the market take it to 5p, 10p or even higher on expectation of the full six well site!!!

Very oversold right now but end of play on Friday showed a new trading pattern... this next week could continue that.
Keep ignoring the trolls and invest in the fundamentals and research.... not silly deramping rumours from trolls.

One thing is for sure, February will see the share price north of here as they develop the site.

Thanks for reminding us that all work on the Portland horizontals is simple and industry standard practice performing simple fixes and well optimisation - "the first of two planned horizontal wells in the Portland oil pool, leaves little to chance"
Let me know if you find anyone who can drill a hole that deep undergound and not have to test and optimise before putting into production. Very strange deramping agenda you are running there CaptainTroll. Doing some basic research reveals your naivety .

No problem when permission is granted it is not planned to be drilled until the winter of 2020/2021 anyway.
Let them take their time, they have to make the right decission for the country and local economy anyway.

UKOG have enough to do building the six well site at Horse Hill until then.

They also have to work the Isle of Wight planning app and plan those drills in too.
