With Kiran and Allen stepping down that will save costs and also the board is being restructured with a team of delivery engineering experts.

Project delivery is the focus now, building a strong team to bring the project to reality.

Keep an eye out for that international partnership RNS next....the money men coming in to push the storage project along ASAP so it can deliver vital infrastructure to the UK!!!

And the Loxley Gas project it another significant project they plan to source a partner on once planning is finally nailed away....NIMBY's kicked into touch :-)

Yes, UKOG and UKen have a whole long list of new friends with deep pockets.

It seems clear conversations are happening rapidly now in the background....indicated by the growing list of LOS and regular RNS's and tweets.

A very active and busy company laying the pieces for an emerging UK mid to large green energy company.

I'll probably hold these through my retirement enjoying very good secure dividends.....all the pension funds will want in on this too!!!!.......£££££££££££££££££

The BIG money probably wont want to show their hand until they've locked in the deal in the background.

The company has repositioned itself from a Carbon energy company to a green energy aligned with the UK and government agenda and support.

The business model and plan is completely different from the historical business of this company.

The new plan is very investable and each RNS we are receiving now is proof of concept that the new plan is going to pay off......HUGE support from government and private streams. Many boxed being ticked and proven.

I'm fully in and watching the market catch up and waiting for the BIG RNS to drop.....when the II's will want in and position themselves to this money fountain stock they have to purchase for their funds.

When the BIG money RNS drops this will be suspended while in auction and gap UP quite some distance.

Do the math a £4million company valuation dropping a £Billion deal on the table....that's quite a gap up!!!!!

You won't be able to buy on the way up anywhere near this price.....but people who did buy at this price could be checking out with life changing sums of money.

UK Oil & Gas PLC (AIM:UKOG) has announced a major boost for its Dorset hydrogen storage project. Managed by UKOG’s subsidiary UK Energy Storage (UKEn), the planned facility has received a key letter of support (LOS) from The Solent Cluster, the primary group of industries expected to use the facility.

The Solent Cluster is one of six major UK industrial hubs focused on reducing carbon emissions by switching to hydrogen and other low-carbon energy sources.

Located in southern England, it is a significant contributor to the region's industrial output and carbon emissions. UKEn's planned hydrogen storage facility is strategically positioned at the cluster's western edge, making it a crucial part of the area’s decarbonisation efforts.

UKOG obviously took the expensive but bold step earlier in the year to prepare itself for partnering discussion.

Debt is usually a show stopper for partnering discussions.

So, obviously UKOG were serious about partnering and have been in discussions with international majors (according to Regulatory News Statements) since the beginning of the summer.

We're now in deal season, post holiday season.....so watch out for a game changing RNS any time now.

The Majors will be in competition to grab this...............deal and lock it down sooner rather than later I would expect.

Or just buy UKOG for an agreed £100's millions after agreement from the board and shareholders :-)
