Nice interview. A lot of work to do and hopefully the good fortune will play out in 2019/20. A long road yet but slowly and surely from here should eventually deliver results. Kimmeridge obviously not gushing better than 2016 but enough for 2000bpd by end of 2019. Should justify the current price.

I was told once that's it's unethical to begin a trial if you don't have the money to complete it. But it's a long three years and only short term mini two week trials per patient so maybe they can find the rest of the dosh as they go.

They have some cash, maybe not enough to complete P3 and start making revenue from C.Diff but they must be able to attract the shortfall somehow.

SS builds and they will come :-) They may not be buying just yet but on Kimmeridge proof of concept commercial declaration the Big oil investors will take an interest. Its how the industry works. SS is building a mid cap which will likely be bought at the right time for big oil's business model. DYOR though chaps and GLA... No guarantees.

Hopefully they'll remember it for the next article when they have to tell their readers sorry for not being positive about this emerging mid cap UK company. I would think their readers will be slightly miffed at missing out on the chance to buy a £5bln plus company for 2p a share!!!!

It should be since 2p is about right for the Portland alone. Add on much more flow from the Kimmeridge and the value should multi bag from here. Scale it up and multi bag again. Let's see what the market does though.

Very strange I sold out on DMD news and invested elsewhere for now but am bullish on SUMMIT. You are negative but still holding. I'll be back in for cdiff results in 2021.

You've been at the AGM's where Glynn said DMD was the risky programme and C.Diff is more of a given but time consuming....good but still three years to market.

Glynn also just put his own money in the market. Maybe it's true Summit gave him that money but we've all got to earn a living.

I've seen many trolls on many different share discussion boards and Pomander is the worst of all of them. Disgusting!

Just spotted the increase in my portfolio this afternoon and such a good feeling to know it's the news of very positive results of the DMD trial that's driving it. All the families in the trial must be over the moon to know their boys are on a working drug. Obviously just the first look and much more to read out yet, but initial signs are exceedingly good. Great stuff all.

Agreed F-M and AMM. Some good points. Summit well positioned with new staff and new Cambridge address. All the best expertise in the right place... they just need time and money to do their work. As you say F-M, once Ridi hits the market it will highlight Summit expertise and resources to the market... it's a shame it's going to take a couple of years to pass Phase 3 now. All good though and moving forward with more options.

Remember a trolls motive is to disrupt the flow of good positive chat exchanging valuable research to aid genuine investors. They aim to spoil sensible communication and take pleasure in upsetting decent people. They aim to gain valuable free research by arguing with knowledgeable posters... the clued up ones do not respond with anything useful for them They are often bitter because they have lost money on the company before or they are trapped in other investment hoping to one day get their money in here at a low price. Their level of literacy is generally low and knowledge of the company very low. It is especial vile when trolls attack companies like Summit who are trying to bring much need life saving treatments to market as quick as possible. Thanks E_P, glad you value my opinion but I don't really like to offer investment advice or promote other shares. I just don't like trolls. Fortunately my other investments haven't attracted any trolls yet but rest assured if they do I will be the first to report them to admin... Looks like they are on the path to clean things up in 2018.

E_P, the FT article is regarding forum trolls being investigated and prosecuted. You need an FT subscription to read it but you should be able to google the meat of it. Yes, I'm well positioned here and elsewhere. Several options opening up for financial independence and most likely all will happen together rather than being able to gear one to the other. Absolutely EP. With the FT report it looks like I can retire. Certainly will become financially independent in 2018 so I can leave this work behind me.
