AH needs to deliver. His job is to produce sustainable FCF and profit and grow the business. Business needs a hard nosed operator not a woke one and my fear is he is a woke one. Needs to win entirely new business by any means and if necessary go deeper with the cost cutting .

Sp is lower than where he started after 18 months when he trumpeted shareholder value.

And I’m sorry he is frustrated by Ofgem but the notion they wouldn’t liaise with Capita prior to an enquiry starting is ridiculous. He must have known it was coming. So what did the business do to cooperate before the enquiry was commenced? I’d like to know . Why weren’t lawyers already involved?

I’m not a turncoat. I’ll let people know when I’ve sold anything but it’s not that we need a better company , it’s one that exceeds expectations . Better is to nebulous a term. If I score 2 out of 10 and then 3 out of 10, I’ve done better. Still not good enough. It needs to be a hell of a lot better.

Messaging is wrong , performance is average and there’s nothing to celebrate (eg a stunning new client).

Kipper not really - the reduction has been significant and I can’t recall their being a Schroeders related RNS which wasn’t minor ups and down. That means they were selling significantly up to July 3rd missing a great deal of the rise. I believe there have been some reported changes in Schroeders personnel and to me this is cutting exposure . Maybe they’ll buy back now who knows

Aim please show us where Schroeders increased recently by purchasing . Your theory doesn’t work without this evidence

Aim this doesn’t make sense -schroeders average was much higher than 40 . Other than reducing I haven’t seen an RNS confirming they’ve increased their stake particularly when the price was 12 p old money. More like they decided they are cutting their exposure. Where is your evidence they have bought, bearing in mind they have to notify over the threshold

I want to see some wins for the new strategy. That Ofgen thing is a massive own goal even if it turns out there is nothing to see here in the end. Never should have got to an inspection

The fact is all this was guided.

1. Sell off of non core to improve the debt position leading to reduction in revenue reduction

2. Only bidding for new contracts which provide the required profitability margins

3. New products to drive profitability leading to new revenue and better economic health

This is the strategy. Implementation obviously key

Now the question is who do you believe. Oasis, RBC (who are part of the institutional debt) , AH , the brokers calling for 400 or someone or some people who haven’t invested , whose biggest profit was 4 k and who started investing in December 2022. They claim to have no grudges. They claim to have dodged a bullet despite missing a chance to virtually double their money .

So who do you want to listen too ?
