At 16.03 there was a 3.1680 sale and then the price went up to 3.18 and then 3.19 - . Thats what leads me to believe the monster deal after hours was a late disclosed buy rather than sell.

@Trenners. I’ve considered this too. They’ll take on more debt to pay this I’m sure. There will be forward guidance on this issue I’m sure which will show that there’ll be an eventual saving to the business. I’m not sure you can time an announcement . Once a deal is done and it’s material it has to be announced.

But a discounted sp cannot be discounted. But at lease it will allow me to move over even more into my isa at a cheaper price
