That 2m trade must have been a purchase. That should underpin things here for a while and I would hope we get to around 430-460 by year end

It has been confirmed by IR RL can’t sell the shares for 5 years . But please do check yourselves if interested .

The stock is so crazily undervalued still imo. Average broker rating is for 490. Even if you factor in the RL thing , say 4.60 and RBC kind of agree as they increased their rating to 4.80 .

Not really a dilution if they can’t sell the shares plus what price for a takeover bid Keyboard …. Hopefully well north of here

Essentially this means that the evergreen contracts have 5 years left to run instead of in perpetuity and it’s done and Capita get on board an II. I’m trying to find out what they can do with those shares and will post what I’m told. Draws a line under a difficult problem and hopefully Capita can now move forward.

Expect more cost cutting to come imo . 20 m per annum at least

@Heatseeker . Yes hopefully when revenue has built up nicely anyway. RL have confidence the shares will mean something which is why they have foregone 22.5 million of hard cash .
