We will definitely get another RNS if RL exercise as expected. I can’t imagine AH would not have had some conversations with big investors before allowing RL to come on board like this

Aim there was another big buy after hours which could support . As Trenners says it’s time in the market not timing the market and we have a company on the verge of liftoff with an elevated pipeline and backing from Royal London . Capita could have easily dealt with the payment via debt but they’ve gone for a partnership of sorts . AH must have convinced them their investment would be a good one . That’s my take

@Trenners - yes there is another after hours which is a buy. £5 is quite optimistic . We should hear Thursday or Friday on RL . Yes a small dilution in the offing but it’s not all at once and you get a big institution joining the Capita train . They must see bigger money down the line to forgo an immediate 22.7m

Aim the 2m idoes however look like a buy when one looks at the prices around that time

Trenners they will and we will get an RNS . Why do this deal with a 4 day option if you weren’t going to exercise . We are going to get a top tier institution in the bargain. I don’t know what more people want. They turned down an easy 22.7 m for shares and given the outflow on this contract was 20 m I think annually this is a stonking deal. RL see a massive upside

I would have thought Capita won’t be far off being a target particularly if it wins the contracts it hope it will. AI base will be very appealing

Target there is no end to an evergreen contract. It’s in perpetuity so the termination of this arrangement is a WIN. Now they have to win the contracts in the pipeline . And their emphasis on this leads me to believe they will win many
