Agreed Exms . Personally I think everything but I’ve been expecting it for years and the fed has fended it off. What will it do to smite the inflation dragon it reared? Raise interest rates further and keep them high. That raises the spectre of significant crashes. Has since I’ve been alive.

Ex Ms - this is not investment nor would you take it from me anyway but it appears things are about to get very dangerous out there. Ug’s answer would be to sell at a loss and buy back. That’s not my way. I think the only thing that solves high inflation is a big crash and then the cycle starts again.

Riviera Rick. Paper losses mean nothing to me. I can assure you traders around the world are sitting in catastrophic paper share losses and this is probably going to get much worse.

NNN is imo developing nicely. I’m in for the next 2 years at least maybe more unless we can an incredible rise . All going to plan at the moment, with small strategic steps

NFF - there is a complete conflict between UG and what’s good for the company and the shareholders. He wants the sp to fall so he can buy and sell at a profit but if the sp drops the company does less well under the Lanstead agreement. It benefits the company for the sp to increase. I hope we will get some good news soon

My experience is that it’s all about affordability nowadays and your assets don’t make much difference. Only debt I’ve ever had in my life is on property. I would never borrow to invest

Why do you listen to cuvio? That’s inconsistent. Quite frankly I’m delighted with the finance agreement. It keeps us going whilst we try to exploit the opportunities. Tick. It comes from a player staffed by ex big banking firm who want to make a lot of money. Is it ideal…no. Who has said otherwise? I see a means to a profitable end and it makes no odds to me whether my shareholding is 20 percent less as long as the company succeeds in the mid to long term

Firstly I do not accept that the bod are deliberately misleading shareholders EXMS. I appreciate you were directing that to NFF. Secondly I fail to see why you would be frustrated by someone not seeing it even if it were true. Since I’ve been invested I’ve seen slow progression and people complaining about lack of communication. Now if you believe there will be no catalysts to an increased sp because the company is lieing about the existence of such catalysts that’s not something I subscribe too. Perhaps it would help people like you and UG to go to the agm and ask questions. UG faked that he would be going. I think only then would you have something to say I would listen too. As it is you and UG are both random apparently uninvested people with an OPINION and no facts in the current state of play at NNN, frequenting this board because you want to stop other newbies investing. You couldn’t make it up
