Thanks EX MS. Nonetheless they have opened themselves to making a loss . Now why would you they bother unless they saw the potential for considerable upside? I think it was the question and answer but a raised sp actually helps the company. Duffers said day 1 he wanted his overheads covered. On current numbers he probably has 3.2m to play with (including the lanstead money ). Ofcourse it’s a good deal for Lanstead but we are a start up in a development phase. If there was no prospect of the benchmark being reached at the time of the signing that would be concerning to me but that would mean duffers and the board are telling big fibs, which I have no reason to believe they are.

Is it not correct EXMS that if the the stock price exceeds the benchmark then the company makes money. Then you have to hope Lanstead are the responsible shareholders they say they are. You can see however that they would want to deleverage their contribution by not selling too low. Perhaps 1.50 or above.

We made some great progress last year and I expect some good things to come .

I’m quite happy with this as a long time play. But everyone must make their choices including taking stonking losses.

Fwiw it looks like the wider markets are due for even bigger corrections. Setting ourselves up to provide material which enhance product quality could be very lucrative . I got a green box immediately after I posted so assumed it was either putting me down or the company down or both.

Exms the burn rate was high because R&D was a big part of the expenditure. I think before Xmas we will hear about some contract successes hopefully

Understood ExMS. It’s all relative. If you have 10 m and capital “paper” erodes on a 100k investment it’s an irritation yes but not fatal. A punt is a punt. This is the only aim stock I’m in . If it goes bankrupt I’ll be mightily annoyed but it won’t destroy me.

Understand ExMs . Thankfully as it’s my money and I get to decide I can put my head in the sand and don’t have to worry about anyone crapping on me. I have never sold at a loss.

In theory EXMS but I’ve never ever sold at a loss. Psychologically ( even though there is an upside potentially in the future) I can’t do it! My bad.

I’m 50 percent in cash , 50 in stocks. I’m an lth in every stock I own. I’m not a trader. So I’ll ride this out until things get better. Don’t need access to my 50 percent in stocks. As for the cash…I’m waiting for the right time
