Ah I see Micho. The only thing I’m holding onto is the cash hasn’t been spent and they have preserved it whilst getting 400k to close deals as they are closer than we think and discussions is a vague way of saying that. That’s all and other PI’s can hope for.

UG I’m not entirely certain cave cares about money at all. I think it’s correct he didn’t put much money in? (Before my time) . If you listen to his interviews he is clearly a gifted man but didn’t go into finance like his brother because he wanted to develop this exciting tech

Hi Micho…have a good laugh at my expense …lol. Yes UG and ExMS have valid points. I feel badly let down and really disappointed at present. I won’t be crossing the line of thinking we were sold an absolute yarn but the way I feel today it’s better I keep my counsel.

So what’s in it for the company that just sunk 400 k into this. Even if they sold day 2 they’d make very little. You can have discussion pre or post heads of terms as you are no doubt aware

ExMS the dilutions mean nothing to me at this stage. What is critical is that deals are actually done. If that happens (yes big if) these dilutions won’t really matter in the long term.

ExMS the only thing we don’t agree is the opportunity and their progress behind the scenes. And ultimately until this goes to zero, you won’t be right where it counts. That’s not to say you won’t be !

To be honest Bugsy it’s now a 50/50 flip of the coin. When Duffin came in he had millions to play with. Not sure what a new CEO could do.

I always knew this was a gamble but it’s an even bigger one now. I still believe we are in the cusp of something very big. ExMS and UG think it’s going to 0 which pretty much sums up the state of play

Hi UG- this is without doubt a massive risk now. You and EXMS are absolutely right . Today was a major turn for the worst and a concerning development. Nonetheless it was also theoretically an excellent chance to average down.
