Agreed Nanoo. Why email people directly on things coming to fruition and updating the market. Surely better, to hold off a couple of days . They must have known the placing RNS would have tanked the SP. My genuine hope here is that the news is so good that it won’t matter. Otherwise, it’s absolutely incompetent. I can tell you for an absolute fact I was buying at 0.26 on that email and was stopped because I couldn’t buy at the time - that’s all.

UG where is the 25 percent discount. I thought the placing was at 0.18?

What is important is what is actually happening not what I believe or you believes or what UG believes or anyone else on this board. I’m simply gathering information and understanding the angles here. If for example it was Lansted buying as you potentially suggest then that puts a different spin on things for me possibly .

Even if you are saying it’s LTH ‘s (I wasn’t asked to participate) 400k is a lot of dough for your average PIs in NNN. So if you think it’s LTH, who? Particularly given cave and Lansted own 30 percent of the company.

ExMs re your NNN is running out of money post. Wouldn’t it be illegal on a placing of this type to paint a rosier picture if Nnn was about to go bankrupt? If this was truly about money running out and this is the last chance saloon what type of investors pay 0.18 ?

The 400k is too small to be of any worth unless deals are closer than we think. That’s all I have to hang onto at present. I have sought to counter UG’s and EXMS uninvested negative view of this company by referencing messages from the Company and it’s key stakeholders for sometime but today as things stand they appear to be correct and it is I now holding onto hope. The confidence I had has been knocked by the events of today. Lansted selling on the face of it is not a good sign. A placing suggests NNN is having cash flow issues. On the other hand, rns’ suggest we aren’t far away. The current one refers to the market being updated shortly, others to projects coming to fruition. The lies of EXMS and UG believe this to be lies and that we have all been taken in. Having met some of the individuals at the AGM , that’s not the feeling I got. I’m hanging onto that for now and hope that my investment decision will not be a complete failure.

For now it looks like Lansted has stopped selling. Perhaps they will wait again til next Monday now.

I did say yesterday that shareholders should refrain from sending rude messages.
