Got it in a nutshell, good post. Plus a couple of hundred private investors who are losing sleep over their current position. There are no longer 85,000 pis left - exactly what Fraser has stated he wanted - they bring too much volatility to a junior miner like this - here's the evidence.

The bond issue amounts to approx £460 million, only approx 13% of the total amount of debt required.

Forseti - One of the best posts of the week, my thoughts exactly. Fraser said some time ago that he wanted less private investors in the company, he certainly got his wish this week with the deliberately short RNS, obviously designed to eliminate the bet wetters. Junior mining shares are never easy rides - risk/ reward etc.

LL - An accurate and succinct assessment, as always, but human nature being what it is, insider information is hard to sit on and leaks always happen to some degree before the event. Can't take your eyes off this share for the next couple of weeks.

Thanks and sorry for the late reply - been out earning a crust. Yes you are quite right, Spedders deleted post included the 'bashing' link - No idea why it has been deleted. I believe this is the start of the 'last hurrah' for the naysayers and mischief makers on here. When finance is secure, what else can they troll about? The build has world class technology, machinery and workforce, so they only have a couple of weeks left and hopefully then the tone, balance and quality of posts will improve.

This is certainly the most depressing Sunday on this board to date. It’s very disheartening to see such honest, smart, long standing posters being slowly sucked into a vortex of distasteful petty bickering.

Surely it would be better to starve those that have such a transparent agenda of the oxygen of a reply. I feel we are very close to going back to the dark days of ‘Superleggra’, maybe he/she has returned under a different username.

No one wants to read what is often referred to on this board as the ‘happy clappy brigade’ 100% of the time, I’m very happy and intrigued to find balanced negative comments that can be backed up with relevant facts and a cogent argument. Posting bald ramps/ deramps is just opinion and leads to us all being dragged into trawling through 50 or so ‘my dad’s bigger than your dad’ posts.

Earlier this week I was pulled up for using the word ‘detractor’ and was advised to insert ‘realist’ instead. One foggy morning six years ago near Whitby, I ducked under a rusty one bar barrier into a vast empty field to ‘do my own research’ and had a very encouraging encounter with a couple of geo engineers carrying out soil sampling work. That field now houses the new hugely impressive Woodsmith mine development that can be viewed on the equally impressive sxx website.

From empty field to what we have now – that’s real to me.

This weekend we stand on the cusp of clearing the next major re–disk event, a healthy debate on the subject of the upcoming bond sale over the coming days would be most reassuringly welcome, not what we have witnessed today.

I know someone who bought heavily into sxx when the price was 30p. Last night he said this share is worse than getting divorced, he's lost half his money but still got the wife!

I don't give a Fibonacci if the price moves +/- half a pence today.
Stop over analysing and stick to the fundamentals - they haven't changed so nor should your outlook towards 2021 onwards.

Realists or detractors? I'll stick by option two, I see the usual weekday shenanigans have made your Monday morning a touch busier than usual. The sheep is already bleating.
I guess I'm one of a small percentage of posters who have actually been down a mine (or three) in the past, so I don't need constant reminders of the many hurdles/ risks to overcome.
Gradually this will go from 'speculative' to 'blue chip' barring a takeover, the verbal sparring will then subside with each passing de-risk event. Less typing , more time in the veg patch!

No, it's not just you Kev who see through this ploy. It has been a regular pattern on this board over the years and will no doubt continue.
I see Myo has already politely (for a Monday morning) replied and we also have head bouncer Scotman to see off any of the more persistent detractors, always an entertaining read throughout the weeks/months.

Charting is Witchcraft , you risk being burnt at the stake.
Look at the fundamentals instead and maybe take a peek at the excellent Sirius Minerals website, where you can see actual progress being made.

Was going to watch a bit of telly after coming home from work, but decided to catch up on sxx instead.
This board is farrr better than the telly! So entertaining reading the Punch + Judy antics, many thanks to the regular posters for knocking back the 'usual suspects' with such dry humour.
October will be boring on here after the bond sale, there will be no more 'this will be 5p by December' posts to laugh at anymore.
I think Myo's estimated 5% current interest in the build will quickly increase to circa 50% very quickly during the Autumn.
