I'd have thought the maiden profit would have pricked the ears of many big institutional investors. Ultimately they can now invest in a profit making business. Mcap over £50mill too, or is that a fallacy? Water is the new Gold and animal testing soon to be outlawed across the globe. We are world leaders in both sectors. Will this service be mostly web/AI based. I don't believe they'd have to grow the customers bacteria on to their lab skin. Wouldn't they just identify it (through a microscope?) then feed in the data in to the AI to find the answers? Massive margins if that is the case.

I've never truly grasped this Rollyroll but my thoughts are that they will use either aptamers( from Aptamer group) or affirmers(from Avacta) depending on what they are trying to detect. I suspect they will choose either Aptamers or Affimers for MicrotoxBT and use a combination of both for MicrotoxPD , depending on what they are detecting in wastewater. It's great that the government are taking an interest in a product that our covid solutions will contain. I don't personally see it as detrimental to Avacta or the agreement they have with DV. Hope that is of some help. Please feel free to correct me in anyway posters. I'd like to fully understand it too.

However, it’s possible Deepverge Plc (trading around 33p currently) share price movements should prove more meaningful to the market. Without doubt, something positive is happening with this company who’s website boasts of their work in ‘Artificial intelligence, clinical research, medical device and life science.’ Needless to say, they also find space to mention Covid-19 in their portfolio of activities. The company share price is trading at a new high level, giving a fairly strong impression continued movement above 34.75p should attempt an initial 37.25p with secondary, if exceeded, a rather more useful looking 44p.

This sort of thing should take the price pretty close to the Tesla zone, a level above which we cannot calculate, presenting a ‘the sky is the limit’ scenario. In the case of Deepverge, if it finds a reason to exceed 47p, goodness knows where it could end up. For now, the price would need below 23p to cause panic.
