Amendment 62 would require sewerage undertakers in England to
continuously monitor water quality upstream and downstream of storm
overflows. Water quality indicators that would need to be monitored include
“levels of dissolved oxygen, temperature and pH values, turbidity, levels of
ammonia, and anything else specified in regulations made by the Secretary
of State.”47 Under this amendment, the Secretary of State must also make
provisions to specify how and where monitoring must be carried out or to
make exceptions to this duty, based on the frequency of discharge or level
risked posed by a storm overflow

The whole company at GX has been involved from the start of the project, several years ago, to design and development a reliable online analytical toxicity machine. To date GX has built over 70 Microtox® CTM machines.

Following the machines success in tracing contaminated water in Asia the company Modern Water has expanded into China and is looking to deploy more machines there. Previously the instructions to operate had only been available in English – to make it easier to use GX agreed to retrofit Chinese into the operating instructions.

I'm in 2 minds whether that is a good thing or bad. Love the enthusiastic posts prior to news but then again like that traders are being left in the dark and will struggle to play this. The need to be caught out by an almighty RNS so fear playing with it in the future.

We have many installations in the US. Covid and inability to travel from the UK where development work was carried out has delayed any progress during lockdown. We were only able to get one person from Ireland management to the US recently with strict visa conditions.

Just reminded me T.Rat, regarding a potential PD deal in the US, it's not through WaterRising, think it was in a Q&A or during a presentation. Due to Covid travel restrictions they were only able to send one representative to them.

Oilers seem to be popular on Aim. I look at this way. We've drilled 4 wells, PD, CR, SCT and Labskin and they've all found oil. How much is yet unknown but we have no Dusters! We certainly don't have all our eggs in one basket worrying about a make or break result.

You're right NU. I'm maybe more confident than some and willing to hold/buy before official notification comes. At that point, if I'm right, some may regret not taking advantage of this price. Delays and NDA's are mostly to blame for the drop imo.

We're now at a level when there was only Labskin revenue. 5 of the top 20 cosmetics companies using them, it's now 18/20. STC,CR or any Microtox deals not accounted for in the Mcap now. Bizarre.

Haha Smeeno, quite possible. There's some very awkward moments in that parliamentary debate. Numerous board members dismissed due to a pollution incident were found to have been reemployed by the other companies in the debate. They give them a hard time throughout, good on them.
