Apologies for my lack of understanding here but…..if PAT are simply granted the previously rejected prospecting licence, how are the legal costs paid to L.I.T / Fasken? Will we also be due compensation for lost income in mine development and / or will the GOR be automatically liable for these legal cost?
Thanks in advance.

It would be assumed that to submit IND the “third party” tests need to be complete and it has been assured that the completion of these tests will be communicated to shareholders so we are probably jumping the gun a bit on IND submission?
Happy to wait regardless.
Timings are now out of Hemo’s hands and in the hands of the third party and when the tests are finished we will be informed, so we can all sit back and have a chilled weekend whilst we await.
Good weekends all.
Cheers Tilly,
Been a long and painful but patient ride for a while. All has changed now with the right people on board, a potential “panacea” and collaboration with US Gov. There may be big pharma who don’t want this to succeed unless of course they own it and this is just CBR!
Best wishes.
