McCall was aware that you need to be excellent at Communications to Financial media , Investors.
McCall has NOT utilised this since arriving @ ITV.
It is a shame that BOD is not adept at guiding McCall to improve on Communications & the changes
inherent on worldwide media channels.

True - she is looking to move on. Shame that BOD should have asked her to be more PR vocal for ITV when appointed five years ago.
