like today for example currently £40k more on the buy side and this is with those big delayed sells accounted for.

been 3/4 weeks now and everyday the free float of shares has decreased as more buy han sells.

Would they wait around for OBD to get NICE approval which would surely mean a much higher offer price. Surely if someone is interested it will be on the back of what happens over the next 8 weeks States side. If early indicators are good why would anyone hang around

To be cautious says 20k per year are diagnosed with als so the market size in terms of testing may be bigger but still these Dr have 25million taking PSA already.

We also know that they have pretty much reached 100 sales per month as of this summer.

With this i decided to do some simple but exciting research.

So currently in america the ALS figures are;

So those 50 Doctors that have promoted the ALS tech have achieved OBD 10o0sales per month from a target market of 20,000 people.

No compare this to the target market of 25million PSA test carried out each year.

That 200k test capacity should be gettimg put to the limit soon in my opinion.

The bloke( John) clearly has a tried and tested method in getting big pharma to adopt his products. He states that no number of sales people will penetrate the individual Dr. He has his team of 50 doctors selling cirt for him and these 50 Drs will be selling the PSE. Will it still only be 50 Drs or has his sales force increased. Cant see us having to wait to Jan to have an update.

If 50% of american market opted in at a cost of £400 per test (massively under the £750) thats 5,000,000,000 revenue per annum. Is that 5 bilkion i get confused with number that have more the 6 zeros after them. The strong potential here is mindblowing.

As for lack of press coverage.

This is the type of product that needs no marketing as unfortunately there is a exsisting and constent market for it and this market demographic will be made aware of this test via the relevant channels.

Doctors have a duty of care. If this PSE is everything OBD says it is and the current test is a 54% which is 4% of meaningless this PSE has to be adopted. PSA is all ready inplace. As i see it the PSE is a simple opt in for any patient and i reckon opt in rates would be of a high percentage.
