I bline this is a reset for the company and a new start.

Happy that they have raised 1.8million as this should see them through for least 12-18months. Last raise of 500k lasted 7 months.

We have two recent patents that have been applied for and now having breathing space timewise for these to be granted. Building up the IP portfolio. If they can deliver any deals within the next 6 months with commercial partners then we rolling. Placing was always expected and have been very clear with that message. 0.1p was bit of a shock as was in expecting it to be round the 0.2p mark. The loan providers happy to be paid with shares. The company seem very focused on what they believe is the best route forward.
