The audited accounts up to December 2022 should be announced on 30th. June and the interim results for 2023 will be out September then there is the AGM at the end of the year. Apart from that they're not obliged to issue/do/say anything else.

I don't know what video presentation of publication of Seba's you've tapped into but what Seba predicts/advocates is not as you suggest. In his description of "Disruption Models" he states:-

"A new product radically changes the way products and services are produced, managed, delivered and sold. Examples: Distributed Solar PV and Batteries."

And

"Altogether, this means that fossil fuel power plants will inevitably be disrupted both from below, by utility scale SWB generation, and from the edge, by distributed SWB generation......."

He predicts a mix of utility scale and distributed solar, wind and battery generation and storage.

As for your "democratised" comment try reading the "Ownership in the Age of Freedom" section of Seba's paper titled "Rethinking Humanity".

I think Seba has more of a helicopter view than Mills who seems to me to be more linear in his thinking. Seba, through his RethinkX organisation, publishes a series of papers that can sometimes be easier to follow than videos.

The one titled "Rethinking Climate Change" in particular is interesting. Where Mills focuses on the problem of meeting increased demand for metals to meet the energy transition Seba highlights the feed back loops that can make it possible. If you don't have the time to read the whole thing then read the executive summary.

Price may be difficult to predict but there's a couple of clear trends jumping out from this article:-

which simply lend weight to the view, if any were needed, that Horizonte is going to be a very attractive target for battery and vehicle manufacturers. The ideal outcome is they JV but that's going to be a tough one to pull off I should think.

I think you need to re-read the exchange. The issue isn't analyst's predictions but whether one article is biased because of who has written it. Roger seems to think that the OilPrice article is biased because it's OilPrice. The Stockhead article I posted challenges that assumption because its saying the same thing.

I think you need to read these articles again. No where does it say in the Oil Price article that the EV market will collapse. The OilPrice article does say:-

"Since bottoming out in mid-July, (nickel) prices have returned to levels above their pre-squeeze highs. This leaves the market ripe for a correction, especially if 2023 brings lower stainless demand. The same would be true if the EV and energy transition sectors lose any momentum."

From Stockhead:-

"“We have kept our demand forecast unchanged despite signs of slowing growth in EV sales."

That's one of several analyst's predictions in the Stockhead article all of which are more or less saying the same thing.

With the exception of Tony Seba I’m not aware of anybody accurately predicting EV uptake numbers.

138,056,670 shares at, let's be generous here, 0.145p per share, that's £200k. That's nothing more than a punt.

If you think a vulture fund hanging on to shares at these sorts of figures is significant then I think you are going to be disappointed.

It's good to see you here. Your prediction that Pure would turn into a s h i t show was remarkably accurate. I'm rather hopeful this one will be quite the opposite.

It looks to me more like a consolidation, somebody moving shares from two different accounts into one. Given the relatively large number of shares in sticky hands and the relatively small number that aren't a combined 1.5m purchase would have taken the share price much higher than the modest uplift we've seen this week.
