There you go again, assuming you know what they have. Point me in the direction of an independently verified resource statement? Claiming you have an "asset" whatever that is, and actually having a resource or reserve that has been drilled, assayed and measure to a degree of confidence that establishes what's in the ground is the first step. You then work your way through the necessary steps, FS, PFS, BFS or DFS to establish your projects viability. Amur is stumbling its way through these steps. I won't ask you to point me in the direction of where I can find EUA having gone through a similar process because I know they haven't.

What value you place on the normal industry standard/recognised steps being ticked off in a project’s progress is partly down to your risk profile and partly down to experience. A lot of PIs get annoyed when things don't progress as fast as they would like and others pile into shares lacking any evidence or independently verified reports because they offer the promise of untold riches. The latter generally come from the “too good to be true” stable.

I hope EUA is a success because if it is a lot of the money made there will find it’s way here. Furthermore, it will go some way assuaging the uncertainty some PIs still have about investing in Russia. The reverse, on the other hand, doesn’t bear thinking about.

I’m not sure I understanding what it is you think they are proving up. I’ve struggled to find any independently verified resource statement for any of the EUA projects. Perhaps you know where they are?

The RNS released today by EUA heralds, IMO, the end of the FSP. It's nothing other than a smoke screen designed to soften the blow that the sale is going nowhere and that the FSP will be terminated, probably as early as next week.

You don't pick up a project with the potential to host 104.6m oz of PGM for US$0.5m? And if you do you don't release an RNS announcing it at 17.00 hrs. on a Friday.

I liked Ford's suggestion that Horizonte should be a top 20 nickel producers and that a company occupying that position should command a market cap in the billions not millions.'s. Amen to that.

Henners007 advice is sound, read the February RNS.

The share price movements between the peaks and troughs of a typical junior explorers life cycle is not the BODs concern. The orphan period is unavoidable and not something that a director purchase or two will change. As for getting their mates to jump in why should they? As for the other issues you raise, we've always known the deposit was in the middle of nowhere and that a 320km road would be required, nothing new there.

This has always been a waiting game. 5 years ago nickel was $4/lb. As little as 12 months ago it dropped down to $5/lb. It’s not until nickel gets up and stays up that KM will either attract a buyer, a JV partner or quite possibly the development funds necessary to go it alone. Until then the BOD’ focus needs to be and should be on securing the projects future and not the vagaries of the nickel market and, as a result, Amur’s share price movements.

The BOD will release news when they have something meaningful to release. Until then we will all have to simply hunker down or, of course, you can always exercise the option that’s available to us all and sell up. Your choice.

Agreed. There is absolutely nothing to be gained here in stirring the pot. Anything that is raised will be nothing more than speculation and/or opinion fuelled simply by frustration. Well we’re all frustrated that’s for sure but that doesn’t mean to say you should be poking a hole in the bottom of your own boat.

RY and the BOD have their reasons for the radio silence at the moment. It can be for any one of a whole variety of reasons ranging from keeping the gravy train running to modifying the TEO to suit a buyers requirements (with any one of a whole series of other possible reasons in between).

I think we need to continue being patient, difficult though that might be for some, until this runs it’s course. Nothing good ever came from stirring the brown smelly stuff.

This is the relevant section on the TEO progress/submission from the 25th. November 2021 RNS.

"Once complete, the final draft of the report will be submitted to the Company for review and finalisation. However, due to remote nature of the compilation of this report, the extensive amount of required hard copy documentation is progressing, though not as rapid as originally scheduled and is now expected to be completed in Q1 21."

This paragraph is vague. It does not commit Amur to submitting the report to Amurnedra/ Rosnedra before the end of Q1 2021. The photocopying should be complete before the end of Q1 and they should have what they need to carry out their review but there is no commitment on the submission date for the TEO. That, in my opinion, is intentional.

We're moving sideways at the moment. If copper gets to $15,000/tonne, which would suggest nickel moving up by a similar multiple, then I think there might be a chance of a step in a forwards sort of direction but don't hold me to that. This, after all, is Amur we're talking about.

As for EUA I'd reserve judgement on that one until the story has run its course.

There's an old saying in the City "somebody always knows and somebody always tells." The upshot of that, however, is that what is known is reflected in the share price. Good news, the share price goes up, bad news and it goes down. No news and the share price continues to do what it has been doing which it dribbles either way.

You and CT, like the last time, might think you know but the share price tells a different story.

Where do you and CT get this idea from? Why do you believe the TEO is being reworked to accommodate buyer? Where's the evidence?
