The Orange Trust - up 16.5m

Naminco Limited - up 11.5m

Interactive Investor - up 8.5m

When you deduct Rawlinson's shares from the directors and Employees numbers the total falls below the 3% reporting threshold so they don't feature in the update. I guess that confirms he has sold.

The Orange Trust, Naminco Limited and, to a lesser extent, Interactive Investor figures going up seems to indicate news is immanent. There is always somebody who knows and somebody who tells.

The decision to acquire a second jig was first made public on 12th. February 2025.

The ore supply agreement from Goantagab was first announce 17th. June 2025.

For the first 4 year and 4 months of your investment here nesty there was no "new jig and Goantagab" so what made you invest here before these two developments? Are they now no longer valid?

I think we all just need to calm down a bit and let this run its course. There's not much else that can be done, not unless of course you decide to bail out. After a 5 year journey it would be a shame if you did. In particular if it did ultimately come good.

It seems to me this BB has gone all out for pitchforks at dawn these last few days. Is that necessary or justified even? Sure, there’s a lot to mump and moan about but we’re still standing and in this game that’s an achievement in itself. I think we need to reserve judgement until the situation with the new jig and Goantagab becomes a bit clearer.

We don’t know if Rawlings has sold his shares. The only thing we know is his name has been removed from the web site. That could be because he is no longer a director.

Todays trades, so far, don't suggest a Monday morning RNS which probably means trader will be of.

Since the start of the week each trading day has seen 4 UT trades each day except today where there hasn't been any. I take that to mean there will now be a higher degree of certain on the direction the share price will be heading.

Either news has leaked or traders are stocking up in anticipation of a Monday morning RNS. After all, its no secret Andrada are on the verge, we hope, of releasing transformational news.

I guess that means the new jig could well be up and running but with no high grade ore to process. Or if it is processing ore from Goantagab I expect they'll want to keep that quiet.

Give it its proper title and understand what a Reach RNS is. It’s issued by a company through RNS, but unlike standard RNS announcements (marked “RNS Number”), it is not a regulatory disclosure under the UK Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) or the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR).

In other words its a jackanory that stretches the truth, reality, credibility to the utmost. But at least it confirms one thing. The next pump has started.

Is it unreasonable to expect an up date on the jig? The 21st. August RNS said this:-

· Construction of the Jig Plant has been completed on time and within budget.

· Commissioning of the Jig Plant to commence in the final week of August 2025.

The final week August started Monday 25th. That's 44 days to commission what, in mining terms, is a relatively small jig. What's the hold up?

Michael Rawlinson's shares have disappeared from Andrada's web site. That was quick.

The web site says "Total Shares in Issue: 1 870 327 193 as at 29 August 2025 SHAREHOLDING" which isn't quite right since they've amended the page since that date to remove Rawlinson's holding. Given they update the shareholding page on their web site every month you would have thought they could wait until then to make the change! Apparently not which lends a bit of weight the the view that the parting of ways wasn't amicable.
