You can't just compare then with now without taking other facts into account.

It is all speculation right now, acquisition or takeover, but it must definitely be on the cards.
That is unless stt1 manages to pound the granny out of us all.
There are a fair few issues facing healthcare (Totally) right now, it seems he never gets it right - does he!

With an ants-nest of complex issues, costs of the latest equipment, changing clinical trials and new medicines, staff shortages ; healthcare organizations should start planning now for longer-term strategic issues
Adjusting to the current pandemic has seen growth in the uptake of remote health care - which many medical professionals are traditionally reluctant to engage with, suddenly they have to get up to speed.
Healthcare is a minefield already and now social care is being changed to governance by the NHS and political measures are seemingly rocking the boat and panicking investors.

Little wonder that stt1 now throws a frenzied volley of rotten tomatoes at Tremor and adtech problems.

We took our constant argument with stt1 across to TLY (LSE), this is what we got:

Brad - he’s been doing it for 10 years on the Tremor (and before that Blinkx, RhythmOne, Taptica) board.....spitting vitriol constant about the stock. Tremor owners have seen the price fly by over 300% in the last 6 months and he’s still trying to bang the same drum of negativity. All the while he mentioned a few years ago that he piled all of his money into TLY. Hence why a few of his “pals” have turned up here with a wry smile on their faces.

The floor at 500 was quickly passed by 550 and where it goes next nobody knows.

Good to see that peeps on LSE / TLY are finally looking on here to understand why Radium1 and myself have been giving stt1 a taste of his own medicine over there.

Good to have another dragon onboard to oversee the situation here.
There are some red flags to consider.
Before we even contemplate the latest political machinations.

1. A lot of revenue is generated but without bottom-line profit
2. A dividend is paid even when there is no justification
3. Huge overheads exist
4. Public versus private sector exposure is challenging
5. It's a very technical and demanding business to invest in
6. It is politically a minefield where the public cherish the NHS,
being free at source
7. Healthcare is highly regulated
8. Healthcare stocks face significant litigation risk
9. Faces dramatic competition from competitors.

Next time I may post some plus points to consider.

Why aren't the growing revenues translating into such little profit after five years?
Is it because they are concentrating on growth mainly?
In which case why pay a dividend?
It is true that social care is being looked at by the NHS in earnest.
But are care homes really profitable and should profitability be
what social care is all about?

Whilst revenue has grown a lot over the past five years, earnings are low.
Are other healthcare providers doing better?
They appear to be loss-making yet pay a dividend.
I will have to look at the accounts I think.

I see it's all kicking off on here again!
stt1 is on a mission, to single out Tremor amongst the industry and condemn it; desperate to convince new-comers that the shares are over-priced now but also stating they were very much higher in the past.
That an ad-tech bubble is making our sp higher than it ought to be right now.
And that the shares are not worth buying at this low price (inflated by a bubble) if longer-term investors don't commit to buying more right now.
That the whole industry has many issues such as verification of genuine versus false traffic, court cases, challenges etcetera.
But that some are succeeding hugely he does not deny but also suggests they are causing a bubble.

That's a whole bunch of spaghetti to digest in one sitting.
It also amounts to bandying about a lot of contradictory statements.
