One year ago the headcount was 218. It is now 350 – an increase of 60%, equivalent to eleven new employees taken on every month for the past year, despite Covid. A remarkable achievement by management.
The website currently shows another 39 job vacancies waiting to be filled. Growing at any faster rate would only be asking for trouble.
"The Company confirms that it has changed its name to abrdn Asian Income Fund Limited with effect from 1 January 2022."

Excellent RNS. Congratulations to the managers for their brave strategy of sticking with ONT. Why has the SP failed to respond?
Hardball does not have to mean stopping supply. A UK Gov contract is worth something to us as a good PR reference for export marketing. Hardball could be continuing to supply but tendering with a worthwhile price hike until the dispute is resolved.
Cummins Inc is a US company that makes diesel engines for trucks, etc, worldwide. The latest figures I can find show they have about 40% of the US truck market alone. They have sales of about $20billion. They also manufacture in the UK.
As I was involved with them in design work some years ago, I wondered where they would be going in the future. It looks like they are going for hydrogen!

From July 2021 all NHS staff will move to a new system where they will be able to order their
own LFD testing kits from www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests. The testing
kits will enable colleagues to carry out regular testing for COVID-19 at home.
The test kits provided via the new system may be different type,
Before moving to the new system trusts are to use up their existing stock of Innova

“The board will now commence a search process to recruit Mr Ryan's successor.”
30 June 2021
“After considering several search firms the Board appointed Egon Zehnder in May 2021.”
“Now that financial close for the SPV is expected soon Egon Zehnder has started work.”
So, seven months to appoint a recruitment firm, and we have no CEO.
Chief executive of Innova Medical Group, Daniel Elliott said "This is the first of two production sites that we are putting into the UK."
The Rhymney operation will be one of the largest facilities of its kind and the first to produce Innova’s lateral flow tests in the UK. Innova expects production capacity from the facility will meet a significant element of future demand for testing kits procured by the UK Government. “

Could it be possible that two independent devices, depending on purpose, will be produced for the UK gov: one manufactured by Innova, and a second manufactured by ODX and others?

Q: “Volkswagen holds a significant stake in Quantumscape, a developer of the so-called solid-state cell. So you believe in this concept?”
A: ”Yes, certainly. The solid-state cell is the next technological step, with less weight, more range and shorter charging time. A real quantum leap to what we know today as a battery. It will be decisive for competition which car manufacturer can use the solid cell first. We expect to see the first pilot plants for series production in 2025 or 2026.”
We have the right product - now we have a date to beat.
