Incorrect - I hold solely listed Nasdaq stocks in my isa and sipp

Merck should buy MRX0158. 4D are playing in the big boy league yet valued atrociously, like some start up high risk biotech. To me, the value on offer and risk reward is the best I’ve seen on aim since Novacyt earlier this year. Absolute no brainier and I now hold 150,000 shares.

I am still getting quotes to sell my whole holding at pretty much the live bid price - someone is mopping up shares on the cheap I reckon...

Given the massive volume we've seen here, i'm scratching my head as to who is still selling at these levels (£120m market cap??!)... Surely, even if a big boy wanted out, they should be well clear by now... We haven't even seen any TR1s... Anyone care to enlighten me?!

I expect the company to announce to the market its anticipated date for completing the merger. Current guidance is mid January. Once announced, you should expect a big rally in December. At the moment there is a huge difference in valuation between Nasdaq listed LBT biotechs and DDDD. Either they all correct to DDDD’s valuation, or DDDD corrects to theirs. You make the call. By my analysis, DDDD needs to more than double to reach the US valuations. Then you need to consider that DDDD is far superior to most LBT companies. In my view, DDDD should carry a £350 - £400 m valuation as it stands. An announcement of a Blautix phase 3 partnership would take DDDD to another level IMO and some time next year the company should be knocking on £1billion door, if the oncology and Asthma data continues strongly, as expected.

This is a company to own and not trade... however, at the moment, the traders are running the show...

Seres added double DDDDs value to their market cap, today alone! DDDD is so undervalued, it’s an unfunny joke. Having carried out a high level comparison against Seres, DDDD is a much much much better company. So much more in the pipeline, better AI, better IP, more invested management, better big pharma partner... to name a few. The bounce here could be extremely vicious. It seems the LBT space is beginning to shine very brightly indeed. At least in the US it is...

I had a feeling this would turn today after I could sell my whole chunk for the live BID. Plus we were at the bottom of the trend line and you can't hold a gem like this down from the long term growth line...

Big Dunc must be busy with so much going on. He also owns nearly £8 million in DDDD shares, which gives me great confidence that his interests are highly aligned with ours... Having worked on many public listings, I imagine he'll be working full throttle at the moment. Look forward to his next interview (probably on the NASDAQ listing, Blautix partnership/phase 3 or Covid results...). I predict DDDD will be THE hot share of 2021.

re. Covid - one would expect that the current market cap of £120m assigns no value this.. If the results were encouraging, how long would a phase 3 take? There could be a decent market for Covid treatments even after the vaccine is rolled out...

Well, I just got a quote to sell 126,000 shares at pretty much the live sell price... Seller cleared? The liquidity here is isane... Who is buying and selling in such large chunks - no TR1s....

It’s fine - if the company delists from AIM your shares will switch to Nasdaq - the only downside is the currency risk and you can defo hold them in an ISA or SIPP, you just need to complete a US tax declaration form. Anyway, the company intends to remain on AIM.
