It looks like the rise in SP is due to the PnD crew all taking positions and buying in.

I guess the next step is that they start the pump tweets and LSE stuff and then hope to get a 10% minimum raise. It is the selling bit that I don't get how they do. How do they all sell but not to a lower SP?
