This is why PIs get ansi about COPL and JV talks. Just how long are these talks going on for. We have a LOI which is great and is much better than the nothing we had a few weeks ago. Hopefully this will come good in time but just much time .....

I think that is a fair assessment of where we are with the LOI and JV in general Tiburn - great post.

Matt a few reasons we have not rocketed is:

- a LOI is just that, intent. It holds no legally binding contract and both parties can walk away with zero consequences

- Investors are worried about bond issuance and the corresponding drop in SP when that happens

So investors are not going to pile on on the basis of those to factors.

The first one hopefully can be solved but at this stage everything is being hidden and the talks might be literally nothing.

Why post then if you are not invested Euro?

We have already invested and yes at the moment COPL should be renamed CRAPL but there is hope yet that it can transform and get back to true value.

Bag 4 for me then! Obviously Bag 5 would be nicer.

That's a lot of bagging to do to even break even...

I did have a cheeky 5 grand punt in a different account at 3.5 so hopefully that can offset the current losses on the main holding.

However to do any bags we need:

- bond issuance to stop or slow down drastically

- firm JV details and timelines not non-binding LOIs

- month on month production increases

Without those three then there will be no bags and no amount of wishing and ramping will change that.
