I got in touch with flagstaff to find out a little more about Lucyd, I saw it as a gimmick and something that google has failed at in the past... not sure they actually put my concerns to rest in any way, I personally, just do not see that as a billion-dollar market. however, I liked the way they described the product, sort of like a heads up display for life similar to having your speed displayed on your windscreen in a car so you don't have to look down.

Feeks, I emailed Salarius, they replied within about 4hrs and asked for my address so they could send me a bag. I'll let you know how they taste when they arrive. excellent customer service to say the least.

... about an up and down shift of ~10%? It's moving on no news. Hell at $5m profit a year, I'd be happy for this to drop to 5p and I'd still buy be a buyer.

I guess some other people have started reading the results as well... I'd have happily sat at this price for a year topping up constantly but there is no chance that's going to happen... better change out of the white boxers this could be one hell of a ride

I guess at this stage all it is, is potential. Net profit of $5.5m probably seems like absolutely nothing when you have companies in the current market going for £0-100m sales overnight, but I think this will be a steady climber over a long period of time.

I agree that it's nice to see a company actually thinking about redirecting cash instead of just issuing shares, I also like that the fundraises were made at premiums to each of the previous. Also no plans to expand the portfolio opting to focus on what they have, far too often you see small companies trying to overstretch themselves. This could really fly in the next year and beyond.

Has everyone read them? It was my late-night reading and I must say, remarkably impressive! Certainly not the typical AIM read where you have to look for selective wording to work out what's going wrong.

Make no mistake, I'm heavily invested here but you have to play devil's advocate to avoid confirmation bias. It's one thing saying it will taste exactly the same with less salt (which I assume is actually down to the adhesive nature) but it's always worth thinking about how the taste could be altered once cooked... but if it is as every bit as good as they say then in the words of Wayne Campbell "Game on"

I suppose the only issue with Salarius is how it tastes, big companies like walkers etc. will want to know that their current recipe doesn't have to be massively altered to accommodate it's introduction...

Belluscura, Guident and Salarius look like rocket ships about to take off... I cannot say the same for Lucyd no matter how I look at that company I see it as nothing more than a gimmick (please feel free to point out what I'm missing) although as long as it's not loss-making, I'll have a hard time letting that lose me any sleep.

I think this will probably start moving properly on quarterly results when they have the salt business booming and FDA approval... we might see spikes before then but the market will want to see money rolling in, I have faith that they will accomplish this.
