We can all interpret messages to fit in with our stance.....either positive or negative.

ODX cannot be giving us any more clarity if they tried. They even started the message by saying "TO REITERATE" In other words we have already told you the position but lets tell everyone once again!

So we all know there is no current contract in place at the moment. Folks need not debate on this position as it is a fact. If this unsettles you then leave this stock and move on. I'm a bull but cannot deny there is no current supply order otherwise it would have been announced.

What I do know however is markets are more bothered about the future rather than the now or the past. Now it is the future that I have invested in and though it is taking longer than I had hoped, it will arrive. The timing may not be under the control of ODX so I am not a critic of them or Mr King. Are they talking to us....yes they are via RNS and tweets. Is it the info we are waiting for....no but they are still feeding us with what they can, when they can.

Now I don't expect their current finances to be great for the year ending April 2021, but I am invested in the very bright future of ODX, not the past or the present. Had the contracts been signed, sealed, delivered and announced do you really think you would be able to buy this stock for sub £1.00 ? Think about it, this share has already traded above £1.00 and that is based on the notion that the contracts are coming!.....where do you think the share will go to when the contracts are announced?

If you don't believe the contracts will come then state the case (once will suffice) and bail.
If you think the contracts will come then please hang on in there like me.

Just topped up with another 10,885 shares.

This wasn't to improve my average as my average is now at current levels but I am confident this will come good.

We all know that this is a very strong support level. It's bounced off this baseline many times.

There is nothing wrong with a legitimate question.....However the issue is nobody can answer the question and you guys keep asking it every 7 minutes every single day including Christmas, New year and Weekends when everyone else has a life.

Now the answer to your question is we don't know as we are simply speculating, but we have faith that good things will come so we are invested.

Traderbuckie would you please explain why you would need to extend a contract to remove a stockpile and tests that have already been purchased ???

We are all speculating and blind as to the finite detail of this contract however I would suggest the govn need to actually have an active contract with a company. Two and a bit months gives them more time (yes I agree they have already had sufficient time) to assess their long term plans. The FDA news will not sit well with the govn but if other suppliers are not at the critical stage of being approved and ready to supply then they may be stuck with Innova for now.

Just because they have extended the contract does not mean they necessarily need to purchase....though the option will be there if needed. It maybe that they have enough stock to get through the next 2 and a bit months but need the contract there just in case.

Extensions of contracts, especially for such a short time frame, is a holding tactic and does not bode well for Innova in the long term imo.

I also think this may be to simply get rid of stock already purchased and stockpiled.

The government can do without any more headlines about money wasted so best just run down supplies and then switch to a better test.....(and hope the likes of Deekes will not notice....fat chance!)

IF ODX are going to manufacture and supply the test that replaces Innova's test then the announcement may come before the end of August. The change of test will happen at the end of August but it may well get announced far earlier.

Anyhow, I think we can all see the SP base line is between 60 and 70 until an announcement is made.

and there lies one of the issues as to why this SP simply goes back and forth.

The natural transition will then take place and we all know what that is...It's what has been planned for all along.

SP didn't like this news but long term this won't be an issue.

A NUMBER of companies.........i.e. ODX may work with several companies going forward. I would not rule any company out at this stage no matter what we think we know or what we think will happen.

I think you need to give Bighero a little bit more respect......

He sold Avacta to buy into ODX. Made around 20%.........(invested £100 so that's a £20 profit)
He then sold ODX to buy into Avct and made just under 15%.......(invested another £100 so that's £15 in the bag)
