Tiny holding for me but if I get 25+ for it it's still a nice turn and it looks solid now with some chunky late buys

A closed period for directors. Wide spread showing but people with access to sets can place orders or ask their brokers to. I've done it before and it is a handy tool. Happy to wait until it gets back to the mid 20's before the sharp drop.

Do not be concerned by the price being 9.5p as I feel it's the last lot so small discount perk to the buyer. So guess we wait to see who is the buyer. Should get a answer by Friday

For a fact somebody has took those shares. If it's directors then brilliant but even if it's somebody else it is a new investor that has took out a potentially big and long lasting overhang. I'd not listen to any company when it comes to timescales. Look at TAIH they warn of permit delays last week and said they will not get resolved until at least March price collapses. Then today they announce they have their permit and the shares rise over 100% at one stage so I tend not to take notice when companies say such and such might not resolve until so and so etc etc.

Yep 15 people buying 100k at 1.5p or £1500 each if they dropped it that low it would clear in less than a hour no matter how much of a dog PTV is

If they paid a fraction under 1.5p for them the mm's will not sell them for a loss so maybe the low will be 1.75p offer and cheaper online. Maybe it will trade 1.5p offer but it will not last long. Knew this company would do this again I'm annoyed with myself for buying in today when I know it's history and warned people about it. However as a trading point of view there will be a opportunity tomorrow similar to one last week where they opened it 2.5p offer from closing 3.25p bid and within a hour it was 3.25p bid again which is a great % profit for those quick to take advantage. Any views DrM you can pick them !....hey I'm no better after today :-))

From Invesco then you could see a nice rise just take a look at 7dig and what director buying has done to their share price. We shall see soon

The holding Rns is for the 22nd so bare in mind how many shares have been sold yesterday and today so far they could well be out or close to out. The risk with PTV is more stock is issued so as always dyor

Never liked this stock and been right for a long time about it but given the nature of how it always spikes and the CEO gone it seems strange for some to sell near 2p bid when it was 3.5p yesterday and 4.75p high the other week. If you are trapped in you might as well hold as there is a fair chance of a escape on the next spike when/if it happens.

90% of it was very good. The cautious part was "Challenges remain around new Government policy on capping Housing Benefit. Extra Care accommodation is much needed and expected to be exempted. Government announcements are expected in the coming weeks" If this goes through ok then great. Guess it was a bad day or bad luck to issue these results on such a bad day on the overall markets. Be nice if directors top up at these levels

First of all great set of results to reverse a big loss and move into small profit. You get to see what Ashley House is about if you were not sure before and see the potential rewards and of course the risks with the housing benefit caps by the government. Funny yesterday I was told they had no idea when interims were :-)) Would have been great if they issued these yesterday with a bullish market guess we will see soon the reaction to these although first mm opened higher so a good start.

Indeed. Had some correspondence from the company and I hinted it would do no harm to issue a Rns now and again when they make these deals on their website.

TBH I doubt there will be a Rns I hope everybody buying just sees the outstanding potential here. A 9am Rns would be a bonus I guess but only to put ASH on the map of more investors

Well they did not issue a RNS for the Hampshire news last week so is there any reason to issue a Rns for the Leicester news this week although as you point out one link says they intend to issue a Rns Monday about it. How about they just issue one round Rns saying they are stowed off with work and constantly signing new deals/schemes here there and everywhere and we finally get the re-rating the shares are hinting they should be doing. Can a company worth 5.5 mil be winning all these contracts and not make any money from them ? well judging from the house broker forcast of 2.7p EPS they will make money and will these forcasts get upgrades on all these new deals or did the HB factor these in. Current PER of 4, conservative 8 would be 20-21p and if they beat them then we could have a moneyspinner on our hands. Trying to remain cautious but all these deals make me thing we are on a big winner....yet to happen with the shareprice....maybe tomorrow I'd be surprised if this can remain until 10p for long.

It's almost getting to the point of the old saying too good to be true but it seems to be true. They just need to brush up their PR and start telling the market about at least a few of these deals and this stock will re-rate.

Company seem to have slipped up as at the bottom of the news it reads "Embargoed for Release at 9 AM, Monday, January 25, 2016" If you google that....https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/News_embargo Mind you how deals do you have to sign up before issue a Rns, with better PR this could be double the price but it should get there in the end and with market cap 5.5 mil this could end up shares of 2016 if they are making just reasonable profits from all these deals.
