It was inevitable I guess. I don't understand how a company saying that they have a product in great demand can produce absolutely nothing. I don't want to think that the management are complete failures but it's hard to think otherwise given nothing. The management are lacking the pedigree for a listed company. Now it's not about running a It company but a public listed It company with shareholders to satisfy.

The good news is that despite the silence the share price has held. They have several opportunities for substantial income but as I understand it, the best is waiting for others to make strategic decisions like AT&T have now done.

I assume rule 19 still applies to a company outside of the EEA and they have six months to report the year end figures. I believe that they just have slightly different standards to adhere to. I would hope that they are busy ahead of the deployment by AT&T of 60000 white box routers. The blog says the trial was with COTS equipment. I guess that is not a Ethernity system but who knows. However the opportunity is now there for Ethernity to get a piece of the action.

The Financials will contain the actual information that made the share price drop so dramatically. They state that the full year figures will be below expectations but what exactly were the expectations. If as I suspect will be the case that this company is profitable but no quite so profitable as they hoped then I suspect some may find that positive.

I can't quite believe that a company can produce so little news. I guess that the financial report must be soon for year end.

It's more frustrating than concerning. I don't think that this company have much interest in the share price at the moment. They are talking big but so far have delivered nothing. The market will wear that for a while then they will have to do something to support the share price or large holders will get itchy about the paper loss. Shares are tightly held and I suspect any buying pressure will send the share price to 100+ in quick order. I suspect that the customer base won't allow any announcements until they absolutely have to because of commercial advantage. Bored more than concerned given cash held.

All we can assume is that there is no pipeline of potential sales because the company provides no information. This is a fast moving sector so 3 months is plenty to make an impact. The sales guy in Asia has been in post much longer and still nothing.

3 months with no news of any progress must be something of a record. Strange how a company who talk of a whole industry demanding their product can produce so little in the way of contracts and sales in what they were saying is a huge growth opportunity. Two new sales guys who if RNS information is anything to go by have so far delivered nothing. I guess all will be revealed or not in due course. Certainly the share price thinks not.

I have 2 twitter accounts and the second is not blocked just the one that relates to the email address used. All very odd if a It company can't use Twitter correctly.

I don't think so. I doubt that they will be selling any time soon and they don't need to raise funds so what does it matter if the share price is low for a while. Certainly they will have made millions from the IPO. Difference between the cap at IPO and the funds raised is easy enough to work out. I know of four people who have emailed the company and I don't know of anybody who received a reply. The questions are simple enough to be answered in one sentence. When a interviewer says about fantastic and exciting news released by the company and that doesn't result in a RNS something is wrong. Of course if that is part of the deal then a simple reply to say that is all that is required. I never miss an opportunity to talk about my business and they should do the same. They are a long way from London in Israel. Whilst that places them well for Telco it does mean that they are not in a financial hub.

No replies. It's a shame but I guess given their shareholder profile they think that they don't need private shareholders. When there is no volume the actions of private shareholders can wipe millions off the cap. I guess that they made millions from the IPO and don't much care about the share price.

I only emailed once so if they have blocked me it would be a bit pathetic. Really any company that blocks a email from a shareholder doesn't deserve to be in business. However I have emailed for an explanation so hopefully it's a mistake or fat fingers.

I don't understand it. I sent the email on 27 February. When I click the ethernity icon it states I am blocked from viewing Ethernity tweets. That was placed after 15 March.

I think that there are very few shares around and the share price will need to rise to find any sellers. I assume that we are in passover so don't expect anything this week. Interesting that I sent a email asking why the market was not updated about the TiComm deal now I have been blocked on Twitter. I guess that they don't want to be challenged. Not really how they should treat shareholders.

Certainly everyone who wants edge processing on Telcom will need Ethernity or it will be just too slow and expensive. Massive advantage to be had for local networks by processing at the edge right near where data is collected and required. True it is crazy complex and I have tended to lean towards things I can see, feel and experience in the past. This is not just for geeks though. I don't need to be a pilot to get on a plane and I have to view this the same.

I am not in any rush but would like to see some early signs to support the confident words. Clearly much is moving from the data center to the edge of the network close to the source. This will become more and more relevant as IOT becomes more commonplace. This only really works if the solutions are very cost-effective. The products are highly scalable and margins are huge with scale. When it takes off the only limit is your imagination. I think we could easily see £5 within a mid term view.

Many of the costs of sales are fixed so a 50% drop in sales will have a disproportionate effect on the margin.
