Quite standard behaviour in a share with so few MMs and poor volume. They will freeze it below 50p hope for a couple of buys and wait out news. Good news for us if news comes because there will be so stock to fuel a rise.

My advice is to buy as many as you can comfortably afford, wait for the wave and enjoy the ride. Even a fraction of 1% of the potential will see the share price into multiples.
Timing is difficult to predict. Not the timing of the commercial success but the timing when others start to see what's going on and drive the share price. I hoped this Summer would be the pivot but poor conditions in the UK are holding back and speculation. A Tel Aviv listing is needed in my opinion.

Ethernity are well placed holding patents for kit which largely makes it happen on a cost effect basis. Yes definitely cell towers will house servers very soon. There won't be room for 20 servers so flowing and acceleration with fpga is how it will happen on 4 servers.
The only shocker really is the article is dated 2019 and not 2016 when it was obvious that this was happening. The data centre host surely must have been reigning in the extensions to their real estate long ago. They could reduce by 50% instantly.

First thing is to determine if you want to follow the pack. The problem with following signals is that often by the time you see it the price has already started to move largely on the basis of a tip supported by nothing. Tail wagging the dog.

Now the seller has dried up the MMs holding stock want to sell it back at a profit. I expect it to float back to 50p.

I would rather the share price low at the moment as I remain a potential small time buyer on quiet days. If the revenue increases as they say and next year is profit who is going to complain

R&D costs will be much reduced in now the team is in place and the concepts proven. The field testing and appraisal process is costly but now it is about developing faster more flexible versions of what they have.
The whole disclosure and updating the market situation is unacceptable and is largely responsible for the current share price. How can investors make decisions based on no information. The products and the size of the market I am very comfortable with it's the quality and experience of the management that concerns me.
The shareholders that matter are not the institutions but the private investors. They are the ones that move the share price.

I think some certainly will hold margins close to 100% in the case of off the shelf bolt ons. It's money for old rope now the development is done. Just a matter of how many times they repeat it. After that it's how long it runs, and given that this is flexible it could be many years income from licensing with no physical input at all.

Receiving what is likely to be a million or so in H2 in addition to royalties from other deals will definitely help cover costs. Volume of royalty will be the gift that goes on giving.

I am surprised as they will have spent well on the staff outing. This really is a business where staff are key and they need to be looking after them. I have a friend with a loosely similar venture where I am and they have two staff jetski in the harbour, free gym membership and a lunch benefit that delivers to their desk.
Israel has many options for IT so they need to retain quality.
A local listing will not cost much compared to the reward it will deliver.
If I were in Israel I would not invest in the AIM or the UK.

Interim results due very soon. 7th September last year. They will show increased revenue and a narrow loss. Hopefully a big of detail around pending contracts and deployments.
We have a substantial deal announcement pending which could be any day in the next few months.
We have at least one new product release in the pipeline.
It's understandable clients wanting non-disclosure arrangements but this company has a obligation to shareholders and a disclosure requirement under their listing.
I would be very interested to know if they are considering a dual listing because the AIM is holding this share price down. Tel Aviv would be most appropriate. With Brexit, the AIM rules and general poor investor quality the UK is not a great place to be listed to attract foreign interest.

It could squeeze sub 30, it pays to keep powder dry for such an event. Persistent seller or sellers following a big sell are capping this phase. It will change rapidly on news. The smart buy when others sell.

Thanks for the feedback. The fiberhome numbers will take time to realise but that does not detract from the value once the product is launched and marketed. Fiberhome know their customers and they position ethernity products in a prime position in the world's largest market.
The desire for exclusivity or regional exclusive licence will be worth a fortune in for Ethernity. Commercial advantage is everything and the products are game changers.
I will be taking more whilst the market shuns the value at little more than cash held.
Calling the timing for the realisation of this share is difficult. It will either be before or after the commercial dawn of the company. The drag on the share price is the UK at the moment. A second listing in Tel Aviv will attract some of the knowledgeable investors within the industry.
The acting in concert rules are defined as a control of the company of 30% or more.

The previous deal with fiberhome they weren't even going to release. They announced by every means but RNS then following a huge plus on the day released the news the next day. Rather forced into that as it was hard to defend the importance the market attached to the deal. I do understand their position because it is a emerging market and may amount to nothing.
The next deal will be in a existing market with numbers and a chunky headline payment. That will definitely warrant a RNS. I do wonder if the low key approach has something to do with the chunky sell recently. As in holding the price down.
I have no concerns about the viability of the products or the value of the technology. My only concern is the quality of the management.

That will all change on news. Binary share either all or nothing. With news it will run quickly. No reason to sell at these crazy values unless desperate for the funds.
This is a mud to long term investment with real short term potential.

It will be interesting to see what David thinks about the share price being in the toilet.
It was telling for me when he was asked about shareholders by proactive he spoke only of the institutional shareholders like Miton.
However it is the small private investor who decide where the share price is going. Right now they think that all David's work and progress amounts to almost zero value.
Unless they are prepared to engage with the private shareholders they will struggle to make headway against profit takers.
I think that Ethernity are well placed to make profit that will multiply rapidly but I keep all that quiet right now. David should be talking about this.

The problem and risks are that they are very inexperienced in running a AIM listed company. They were caught out with the fiberhome rns which they had planned not to release. First disclosure was on their site. They didn't think it material to the share price because it is a emerging market and they cannot attach any value.
However the market saw it differently.

If they are eating into the chunky 38p sell they are losing 5p a share. Clearly they will want that to change quickly

Nice. MMs are greedy and won't sell at a loss for long. Assuming the cheap selling stops they will raise to feed their fat faces

The MMs hold plenty of stock and if sells dry up they will lift the price to profit. With so few MMs it won't be hard. I think £10k of buying will do it. That overhang they won't want to sell at a loss.
I hope news hangs off for the MMs to feel the full pain. My buys will stay below their radar.
