Someone made the point that maybe the reduced revenues are because BM has shut down high revenue/low profitablity components of the business. No point having over-heads tied up with chasing revenue that produces very marginal gross margin and bottom line loss. So perhaps reduction in over all revenue not that important. Obviously profit is most important!

Fair enough alex1621. Of course the future is unknown and only time will tell... But for all those who criticise BM, what else could he have done? Change was needed. He was put in charge. Yes, there was cash in the kitty - but not compeltely straight forward to know how to use it. Short of drawing stumps and giving cash back to shareholders, he had to do something. So he embarked on trying to create a workable beast in this fast developing new arena. He bought suitable companies. Attracted good talent. Focused with a clear plan. Got rid of the dross. Now that everything is put together as best as possible and it is time to see if it will deliver. Personally I commend the effort. Yes, he has got paid for it. But who would do that for free? And no one will care a hoot about how much he got paid if he delivers. You pays peanuts... you gets monkeys. What would you have done differently? (And not using the benefit of hindsight).

Even in the cold light of day (without 4 pints and a bottle of wine!) BM is sounding VERY good. Exciting stuff. The ducks have been lined up. Time to deliver. I agree with the earlier comment that 2015 may have been the year for R1 accountants to use a big broom to sweep away as much of the past as possilbe and to start out with a clean (and profitable) 2016. These things do not happen over night. They require clear dedicated planning. I belive BM has been working hard to get this in place. Very disappointing update indeed. We had all hoped revenue would have powered ahead and would have been over $200M for the FY16. But alas no. However, I don't think kicking out the team that have got us this far is the answer. What sort of chaos would that create? It is not easy to turn a company around and restructure it and it cannot happen over night. The BOD came up with a clear plan and are executing it. To change now is hardly going to help. I would have much prefered things to be happening quicker... but they are getting therre. They wanted to reduce non-core activities and grow new mobile based revenue and programmatic. This is happening. Their brand new exchange has achieved a good position in the market already and is has a differentitated offering with RhythmGuard. It is very scaleable and growth will lead to growth. Unfortunately we have to wait a little longer. We should allow the BOD to carry on their good work - frustratingly slow as it is. But the company is better and better aligned now. Just need to GROW and get some TRACTION soon. No idea whether that will happen or not but kicking all the new highly qualifed team out mid turn-around is not the answer.

There seems to be a gradual rise on Quantcast. We are still in 12th position but at least the viewing numbers are stable/rising. I am hopeful...

It is hard to know if Blink has anything unique anymore? Is there any value left in all the clever technology that Autonomy originally created? Or are we simply just another ad exchange competing on a level player field with every other Tom, Dick and Harry??!! Shareprice at least is making no progress at all.

Geez, Netlifx is huge and growing fast. No ads as it is a paid for service. Look at this quote below from Telegraph: "Netflix has genuinely transformed how we watch television – the platform has grown almost 10-fold in users since 2000, and reportedly accounts for 36.5 pc of all Internet traffic during prime time— twice that of its closest competitor, YouTube." I guess not really relevant to Blinkx but it is digital video arena.

I hope this is good sign. Pretty gauling to think that this buyer is getting in now at these silly prices whilst others here have had their money tied up in the stock for YEARS and entered at much higher price. Seems pretty darn unfair!!! Investing is all down to timing?

... except Blinks which goes down! With very few trades. Yawn yawn yawn. It seems there is NO trust here. No one seems to want to touch this share. And yet to us invested it looks so promising. In an exploding sector. When will this get more limelight? When will the investment world consider it safe and put a farer value on it? I guess it is all down to "show me the money". BOD have got to show some good progress and some PROFIT. Come on!

after metioric rise quantcast levelling off. i understand general concensus for rise was due to 1R making data available to Quantcast and not actual increased traffic. but the then collapse down to ucrrent levels? anyone know?

I thought we were on an upward trend and this was being revealed in Quantcast figures. All looked so good and exciting over last few weeks. But over last few days it all seems to be slipping. And we have dropped down to 11 in the rankings. Sooooooooo boring!!!! Obvioulsy there is a lot of very tough competition out there. This is not going to be a walk in the park. Someone please come up with something good to say.

Holy moly.... I thought this was drifitng off but shot up again today. Beginning to look like a solid floor on POG now. Hopefully this is the beginning of gradual increase that we have been waiting for and expecting... World economies are in a mess. Currencies debased. Gold is the safe haven.

What? How do people buying shares in CGH dilute your holding? Other people buying shares means they are buying existing shares off of people who are selling. It does not mean issuing more shares. Please explain what you mean. If there is a rush of people wanting to buy these shares, it can only be good for existing shareholders as the price will inevitably go up! Now, if there is a new partner coming in - then yes there will be dilution but in return for csh injection. At that point, the JV deal price will be what is relevant short term. Idelly we would not want to sell a % of the company at this low price. I would hope for minimum 40p but that is perhaps wishful thinking given how long the price has drifted. In an ideal world IMO, we get a new partner for say 30%of biz and that new parnter also proivdes access to funds that can be borrowed to meet remaining cash requirment for build out.

The January 2016 Comscore ranking should be released soon. Normally around 21st of the following month. if we are maintaining a monthly uniques of 200m we should have jumped up the list. Maybe to THIRD place???

In theory could be 2017 but depends when financing can be found and also which model is pursued. Smaller scale open pit as phase 1 would lead to earlier production than full blown developement of mine in one go. Obviously the latter requires larger financing and depends on finding suitable JV partner or entity prepared to lend large amount of cash. JV more likely. Of course, BOD could sell whole business to someone else in which case we shareholders will never actually mine! POG of gold does not have much support. As soon as stock market wobble stabled, POG fell off again...
