Wall, Yellow token launch is indeed frustrating but it's super impressive what they are building and it's a rocket for COIN which simply isn't priced in. If BTC and the general crypto space keep this run then surely launch is imminent.

Believe Wressle developments are on the planning agenda for this week so be interesting to know how UJO are going to fund 40% of future developments if it's all approved.
You only need to look at the recent share price action over at ECO to see what can happen with a little patience. Their RNS was 04th Dec and it's now over 300% up, it's been a steady climb, similar pattern emerging here

Perhaps there is more than one interested party and negotiations are ongoing ? The HOT made no mention of an exclusivity agreement and I'm sure there is more than one major sniffing around given the active players in close proximity .

Thanks for clarifying Serif, always nice when people use facts as opposed to leading statements. And you're correct in governments taking their time but I expect they may be keen to advance this quickly given they have a 20% interest in the prospect with a major lined and billions of dollars up for grabs
