My vote will be determined by whether or not Will can get EG08 over the line before the AGM. If for any reason EG08 isn't signed off then there is plenty of cash so don't see why a raise would be required.

Assuming the share price is over 2p there will also be the warrant money. Warrants issued at 1 to every 4 shares so that will be around £1mil giving more 'working capital'. If for any reason the share price doesn't achieve 2p then we have to assume EG08 won't be drilled and therefore will have the money (circa £4mil) from the last placing. So either way there's a significant amount of cash to pay the bills and as such I agree any further dilution should be put to shareholder vote.

Agree Subsea, was interesting to see the news over at BLOE today and another large Chinese company getting involved in exploration. I didn't get a chance to partake either which is very annoying but that said I've taken the opportunity to top up at these low levels. Now this is out the way I'm expecting a big re-rate to better reflect the potential of EG-08 with plenty of news flow on the near horizon.

Yep still holding tight to my 1% of the company and will continue to do so. I'm in no doubt this will hit atleast 5p sometime this year as EG08 progresses with potential other drivers in play too. Only questions are, when will news drop and ultimately whether to take the profits or hold on for life changing rewards. Given the chance of success, the size of the asset, it'll be hard not to see this one through.
