Seller still active, no sign of this stopping. Im sure it will turn at some point but wouldnt like to guess when that is. Furhermore, it has dropped so much and given the marked atm I cannot see it getting any stella traction given the price atm. The BoD really need to step up and address the one fundamental issue that is destroying the m/c and sentiment.

Sometimes realising a loss is the hardest part of investing. Re investing in stocks with liquidity and hopefully newsflow leads to a more interesting forum.

Lack comms from company as the SP sinks on a weekly basis is worrying. The selling has been going on for an eternity. Something does not add up here. Almost no liquidity, this wont change until the seller{s} show their hand or the BoD clarify what is going on. Can only see this going lower. Think there is more than one seller.

It has been absolutely destroyed by seller. No real appetite from buyers. Therefore no liquidity to sell into. Needs seller to finish and/or BoD to get some positive news out. I imagine most are underwater with this stock which promised so much.

The seller(s) have been going on for an age, but it seems more frenetic recently - hopefully a sign it is coming to an end. Be nice to see Bod buying.

TimeLOrd51 = agreed that the Federal intervention could be a double edged sword. Segun in his interview for the two hole results that were RNS'd seemed pre occupied and jumpy. i suspect we will get news from the Federal committes involvement via the local media outlets before we hear from the co.

Sounds like they have had a difficult quarter bother operationally and corporately with the state government.

They don't look like old articles - they talk about Monday just gone - 7/10 and hearing being adjourned till the 17/10. It's anyones guess as to what is going on - there are clearly still rumbleings . If you recall Segun was not particularly quick to respond last time a court order was made ex parte. Don't like the constant speculation here. It is clear the local authority have a beef with Thor and are agitating for more and more money. I agree but Segun is annoying as he consistently misses his own deadlines. That, coupled with the recent nonesense, is annoying. However, thr fcf with current prices is astronomical. Bottom line, Segun neeeds to be promoting the positives.

Bit difficult that as the hearing was ex parte. They obviously needed to protect the mine and maintain its operational function. For the amount involved it has been handled very badly as reflected in the substantial drop in share price - all for 60k. I hope Thx now get the anticipated positive news out.
