Agree very strange day. The 250k sell, I believe was a sell order only filled at the completion of the day, hence why no movement on s/p. the question is why? 5.75 was the low point last December. Not sure many people would choose to sell that amount at 6.50 now when greater opportunities have been available for the previous 12 months. Not the first sizeable chunks sold in last few weeks. There was opportunity for P and D but that wasn't taken, why? has to be other reasons. the seller was content to sacrifice the 250K for the bigger picture. Lack of volume, so far, is the puzzle.

more proactive in Sept/early Oct then today's SP would have been 10. Yes the markets are difficult and oilers are on the slide but this lack of news is bewildering.

play is how I see this stock. This is not about the here and now or how markets are performing or the current oil price. I see the eco shale technology as forward looking strategy of 5/10/15 years by Total. The concept is proven, now the industrial trial commences with Red Leaf. Tomco hope to piggyback on this project by being in a position whereby Total or another major can take the company with the necessary permits in place. As we all know the granting of both permits is key. Once in place then then there is areal possibility we would be taken over. This could be prior to the the finalisation of the Red leaf project . Whose to say Total may just add us as another part of their future strategy portfolio or indeed another major decides to side swipe Total by acquiring us. The placing, as I see it, funds the co for 12 months, so this is the time line we are working to. This attracted others hoping for a quick rerate. I can not see this occurring until after both permits are in place. That said the clock is ticking.
