Exercise of warrants: does this mean that the warrant holder has bought new shares at 2.8p and sold them straightaway in the open market? or he can keep them and sell at some stage in the future?

the rising support line is strong, my guess, once we break 29, then 35 is the next resistance (without news).
Projection, all depends on news, guessing 55 (gap) to start with (once they announce the rto)..fingers crossed
