May I ask if you could kindly post any figures or link for that? A genuine question.
I found this link which indicate a high number of rto get completed. I could count almost 17 RTOs successfuly completed on AIM in the last year.

I also can not recall an rto where PH failed to complete but open for correction.

Just wanted to share my thoughts:

I think we are concentrating on AG forgetting some points:

- ML WANTED to be re-appointed as a director; which was voted for, by the SHs including AG.
Q: why would he do that, if there was no target and no rto? He would not get paid if there was no deal!

- He was announced a none exc. director for BOU on 8th Aug. which means a minimum of 30 days before releasing a price sensitive info (for insider trading etc..) e.g RTO. So may be after 8th sept.?

-PH were involved in many RTOs but ML current directorship include only 2 companies = GRIT and BOU, so possibly a personal interest. He wants the deal to succeed as much as any of us?

- I still think the hint to ”healthcare sector” was mentioned in the June RNS for no reason. They did not have to be that specific.
and a possible deal would be (we choose the target and you get the warrants..).

This old article highlights AG thought process and why he invests in warrants..note the last paragraph ” I have always favoured the low priced variety standing at high gearings and smaller premiums. These are well placed for dramatic increases in value.

For me; AG buying the warrants means the target has been provisionally decided few weeks ago, not long to go now..

Hi..have been busy recently but following the posts regularly..

The sp has just hit a support line and due for bounce..we are currently in nice buy zone (has been tested before), news can be any time after the BH weekend, i don't mind tomorrow though :-)
