So most of this revenue was realised in the 2nd half of the year. MC is low considering 2020 revenue could be double of 2019.

I dont know much about the business but the numbers look pretty good.

This is a very underrated share imo, with staggering potential. No need to raise funds anytime soon, infact AVCT should have enough to get them to some key milestones and triggers some payments.
At some point it could become a takeover target.

Any out of court settlement is better than losing a case.

INDV has a very strong cash balance so the financial means are there to intice a deal.

one less lawsuit to worry about and a nice sum to help the balance sheets.
