New Uncle - Those conversion rate stats you posted will most likely be for conversions to sales. Don't get me wrong 95% is incredible, but take into consideration that's it's for a pre-reg so just parting with a name and email address. It's a different story getting people to part with their money. But still a 95% website visitor conversion to gather email addresses is still amazing don't get me wrong. Marketers that run ads on a free give away (pdf/ebook/diet plan etc etc) to collect an email address would still be very happy with a 20% conversion. Another positive here is that once you've collected the email you can turn them from a "cold audience" to a "warm" one with various strategies. At this point it's much easier to convert the warm audience to sales, and with email marketing and other re-targeting opportunities (Facebook/Instagram/Google/Youtube etc) you then have multiple chances to get the sales, and so the chances of converting the warm audience is much greater. Even if they were to convert the warm audience to complete the sales process and it ended up being 10-20% it would be phenomenal, but who knows it could end up being much higher.

Sure! I didn't really put much thought into the suggestions, I was just trying to convey an angle... But since you have elaborated, will they be showing specific products to use/avoid? I thought it was more to do with ingredients? (I'm genuinely not sure).

Chech - Ha well there certainly wouldn't be any work motivation problems if I did. I'd ask for my wages to be paid in shares just like Mr Brandon as well! :D

I'm just been looking at some of the Skin Trust Club stuff i.e pre-reg promo video and website. It looks promising. I'm a marketer and so can I raise a few points/suggestions for GBrandon or other team members if they're reading.

I won't go into too much detail, and I'm assuming there will be much more to come with regards to the launch, but even for the pre-registration, IMO there needs to be more focus on the benefits to the consumer.

It talks of "personalised skin care" or using "AI to make recommendations on skin routines and the type of skincare products available" etc. What does this mean to for the consumer exactly?

IMO the positioning could benefit from more of an angle like:

Do you have dry flakey skin?

Have you had another rash break out? Don't know what to do?

Are you tired of spending money on skin products that don't work?

We've got the answers! We'll show you the new you! Etc etc

That kind of vibe. At the moment the language used seems like it's been written with scientists in mind, and not your everyday consumer. It's focusing on how good the product is and why it's clever (which is great), but consumers want to know how something will help them, how fast they can get results, how much easier/better it will make their life and how much money they can save etc.

Focus on what people want/need/can't do without, and not how good something is, that comes later in the pitch in WHY they should sign up (even for a pre-reg just for an email), and if they don't why they'll be missing out etc.

Just a few thoughts, and not intended to be negative. I'm invested big here so just some suggestions, because I think this could do well and I want it so succeed.

Burt2000: That would be lovely, although GB has mentioned a few times that next year will be a game changer, starting in january, so I would be surprised. We shall see though who knows when the next big RNS will drop.

Chrysalis1: Yes that's what I meant by the "new self-skin test" I just forgot the name of it. That could be huge and doesn't rely on a few peoples decisions to get a sale, but millions of consumers around the world with skin problems.

Okay so I've taken a risk and gone all in here. It just seems like too good an opportunity not buy more at this price. There is so much potential here with the mutliple revenue streams, and the product range is expanding all the time, as is the client base. For many companies, if their business model/product/service doesn't pay/work/produce, then it's not good. For example in the past I was invested in a mining company, but when push came to shove if they didn't get the minerals out of the ground then the business is in trouble. Here we've got the Skin side which is growing expontially, with products being added all the time (I'm excited about the new self-skin test coming out early next year). And their flagship skin product is the future. It's the way the world is going. What kind of companies would prefer to test on animals and real humans when they can do it cheaper and faster here? All the while knowing that it's ethically the right thing to do which in turn makes them look good.

The Modern Water side is retro-fitting of all the units with new top of the range ai tech to make their water monitering products and services more sought after in a world with a growing population that needs clean water. And the ability to detect dangerous viruses/pathogens within seconds in treatment facilities will be a no brainer for many councils/governments in time. With what's happened this year will only serve to justify the spend on something like this.

Then there's the Microtox BT. It may or may not be taken up for use in the fight against covid-19. It's being tested in hostpitals and factories as I type this, & if we get successful results and some orders rolling in, amazing! Just look at the situation with the lorry drivers and the borders to France. I know it's a combination of Brexit problems, but the EU closing the borders because of the new strain in the UK just shows that this isn't going away fast. Imagine if the haulage companies could buy their drivers the breathalyser so they can get granted access to the EU safely? There's potentially thousands of orders right there! What if another new strain emerges next month? Do all the borders close again? I think if Tesco's know that they can keep their shelves stocked if they buy 5000 breathalysers and 100,000 microchips they'll do it. As will their competition. And I know we're focusing on the cruise ship industry, but I'm just thinking out loud. But if any of that happens... amazing! If not, well the Microtox BT can be adapted to detect other viruses, so no biggy, it will have it's day!!!

I'm sure there are many more opportunities in the pipeline for DVRG, and I know I haven't gone into everything here, but even a quick overview shows you that this company is going places. A 300% revenue increase from 2019 and yet the price is around the same as last summer? I haven't been this excited about a company in years, hence going all in. I think what's most promising about this RNS is that this new product was only launched in August with only a soft launch. They haven't even started pushing it properly yet and it's already generated £400k. Massive potential for revenue growth! Very exciting.
