Hi all,
Still no Calidus shares showing on my account with IG, they have said their corporate teams are onto the registrars everyday trying to sort out. No idea what that means, how difficult can it be. Any one else any news....

I've had the same conversation also. Should be sorted next week. It's almost as if they didn't want everyone having their shares at the same time...call me cynical. Any way all looking good for the New Year with both companies finally started to get exciting. All the best

Well suppose will have to keep on pestering them, but all seems a bit cloak and daggers.
Wonder if it was anything to do with the cut off date confusion. I'll let you know if I hear anything.

Hi Jim, all a bit confusing they keep going on about being paid for,,,, Emailed Dave and he said he doesn't know what they are on about as all shares have been issued. This is what they said to me

'I have checked with our Corporate Actions team that confirms that the Keras-Calidus spin-off was a non-assured event, this means that IG paid out shares that Calidus has not paid to us.

We are thus currently waiting for Calidus to pay out the shares in order to rebook the positions onto your account.'

No idea what this means in practice, asked for clarification but basically said the same as Bee123,

Have you had any correspondence, all sounds a bit of a mess up...

Any one with IG ?
Share allocation still not re-appeared, tried speaking to them no-one seems to have a clue.
Any one else in the same boat??

I'm the same with IG, all sorted last week then disappeared on Friday. Spoke to IG and they have said there is some sort of corporate action happening. They are supposed to be ringing back to explain but heard nothing as yet. I am sure it's to do with the date of xfer etc, we shall see...

Something seems to be happening as my Calidus shares appeared in my account on Tuesday with IG. They even adjusted yesterday after the consolidation. Today they have disappeared and I have been told after ringing them there is corporate action and they will let me know. All very strange, I think it may be to do with the allocation and dates etc. Anybody else with IG??

I have shares with Barclays but decided to purchase shares with IG due to Barclays saying they will sell my CAI shares unless I xfered KRS shares before the 19th. There was not time to do this so left them where they are and purchased more with IG. IG seemed really clued up and answered my questions straight away saying my shares will just go straight in to my account
CAI Shares are now in my account and can be traded straight away.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Spoke to Barclays today and they have said you have to xfer your KRS shares before the 19th.
The guy was apologetic and did say that this is unusual and I pointed out we have not been given enough time as they only informed me yesterday. They conceded this and said as long as the process is in place they will honour it. Barclays couldn't quite understand we were basically being given the shares and also keeping our KRS. He seemed genuinely surprised and said this is a good deal and Barclays share team should have put something in place to keep their customers..

Hi everyone, I have been a long term holder here for far longer than I care to remember, but just had a message from Barclays share account saying unless I xfer my shares before 19/11 they will automatically sell my new CAI shares. Not happy …
Which broker will be best to xfer my shares so that I can keep them long term. Thanks
