I used to work for Diageo and they had a hugely competent Investor Relations teams headed up by a lady who held more weight in the business than the CFO. She dictated the finance strategy, KPI's that were reported and even some of the commercial strategy.....based on her in depth discussions with banks, investors etc. When the share price was £6 she said she won't leave until it reached £25. She left when it reach £30. That is what we are missing. It is worth paying a fortune for a similar person...
A share price rise is always welcome but I have £40k to Bed and ISA in the next week or so, so I could do with the price holding for the next couple of weeks and then I'll be praying for a turbo boost on this share....

Feels like Tosca are putting a signal out there that they would accept 1100p as a price to sell, which to me seems too low. Yes, it is a massive premium at the moment but we weren't a million miles off that price a few months ago. I'd be disappointed if we lost TRMR for £1100...
Looking at last year's RNS's it seems that there was no TU ahead of the Full Year results on the 10th March (which surprised me), and then a Q1 TU on 21st March.
Hopefully we don't have to wait that long again...
"A really good bit of news by the company will blow the shorters out of the water!"
I'd like to believe that was the case but we jut had a very impressive quarterly update and....
I'm going to try to not look at this stock now until January so I can enjoy the festive season without the highs and lows of TRMR! GLA
Last year I remember throwing my toys out of the pram because the Directors sold a load of shares that completely reversed a few months of really good SP growth. The timing was so frustrating. Rusty (rightly) gave me short shrift and only a few weeks later the SP was way way higher than the price the Directors sold at.
I'm again deflated but hold on to that lesson to give me hope! GLA.
On May 24th the share price also closed at 706. The next day it closed at 822p....
"I can't take much more of this sideways price movement. If tomorrow is a nothing day then I give up"
Qwertyii - I guess that's you out then?

Regarding "Toughatthetop....that may be your view but it doesn't address the question I put to Rusty does it?"....err, no.....I thought it was a pointless question TBH.....and you seem to have missed the actual point i.e. can we talk about our beautiful company that is going from strength to strength, and what we believe lies ahead rather than fighting with youknowwho.
But Rusty has kindly responded now. Onwards and upwards.
I agree with Rusty. I didn't check the share price and this BB for the duration that England were in the Euro's (because I wanted to enjoy them!), and the fist 2 days I logged back in the share price went up 13% but there was no discussion around this increase. Just the same old nonsense...
....that our share price can go down as well as up. It's been such a good run over the last year but that said we are only back to the price in May....so with a good TU I hope we can recover quickly again. Mind you, it's the hope that kills you..
Hats off to the doomsayers.....you won today.
Thanks Farruggia1967.
So why do they report them as 'bought' and 'sold'?
It says that 1.1m shares bought and only 29k sold so far today but yet the share price has gone down. Why does that happen?
**"apart" from the wider industry (not "about" from wider industry).
Thanks SNN.
Nothing in there that is particularly forward looking (about from the wider industry). I guess that's driving the share price down a bit although the volumes aren't big. Would be good to see the video version so that you get the context with it.
Totally agree Rusty. I guess the market is waiting for a bit more proof of continued strong performance, and on the back of that (hopefully) performance some bullish guidance going forward....and the US listing.
Exciting times, potentially...
My Bed and ISA order was processed this afternoon (I knew you were all worried...!).
Actually, Interactive Investor's incompetence has worked in my favour because the price has fallen.....but why it took 5 working days is beyond me...!
They took a 1p spread, which didn't seem to bad.
Rusty, it seems that at 'ii' you have to place a request to Bed and ISA. I tried calling but got redirected to the website to pace the order...
I'm still waiting for my Bed and ISA to happen. I'm with Interactor Investor and they said will take 3 to 5 days because of the volume they need to get through. Hopefully I'll get the spread that you did. So I'm selfishly hoping for no share price movement for a few days!
Thanks SNN. Will take a look at doing that next Tuesday. Then I will be hoping for the big share price surge to the £30 that has been 'promised' here. This time next year Rodney, we will be millionaires....
